And, spinmaster is simply asked to return it, and any additional inquiries, such as reset codes, are ignored. I never buy spinmaster products again. The problem is not the product's problem, but the mindset of customer response. Thanks again.

@@Biigbug69 seems broken, send it back if you bought it from amazon, or contact Spin Master, maybe there's a reset code (not mentioned in the manual)
