Tell people about the hour’s! 2 am - 4 and 5 pm! 10-14 hour’s! All night and day ! No time to sleep! 105 degree temperature outside pouring sweat! One load requires you to get in and out of the truck 200 times! No breaks and eating your lunch on the go ,And so on! Nice video though but doesn’t tell you what’s really involved. Not a easy job! Many apply but don’t stay longer than 3 weeks! If it was as easy as this video everyone would be a mixer driver.
Lol and when you get off to inspect a job site before you drive the truck in you got the customer yelling and cussing saying wtf are u doing lets go

I currently deliver wine & alcohol all over west Texas, usually have 300 to 600 cases with 20 stops, am in the process of getting hired but having 2nd thoughts 🤔 But a guy that left my job and went to drive a cement truck says it’s way easier and about the same money

@@antelopevalleyfwd Nope. Never did. Got a job with PFG and did that for about 9 months, then became a car salesman.

6:21 you talking about safe driving and dont mention anything about bikers especially on right turns , it takes head movement to look in your right mirror for biker. No biker check done here i personal double check.

@@hmayor3745 I was there a couple months than the panademic hit so I got laid off job was pretty cool you get some crazy pours hours where way to much tho but other than that I liked it it’s a lot to pick up at first

@@LDeol yeah I wouldve driving in the mountains and learning how to get cement to be a certain mix took some time. Job was pretty good outside of what I stated earlier
