looked good. we've been trying to make our breads but we still use the dough sheets for your cinnamon rolls like you showed us. my wife liked it so we'll probably be making this is the future. I lived in Seattle for 3 years as a kid, yes the nights are longer in winter but in summer it's light until almost 11. but yes, the almost daily drizzle wears on you.
This looks so delicious. Have you tried this using pre-made pizza dough from a tube? I was wanting to make this for the family when I am off the next couple of days. When I watched this the first time I didn't realize that you were using puff pastry, and I purchased a tube of pizza dough the other day. I'm sure that the pizza dough could work, but I thought that maybe you had tried the two options.
@@BlackstoneGriddlesthank you for your reply. It took me a week longer, but I made this today. It was great! You are right about how easy it is to make. Definitely going on repeat.
Trying it tonight. My problem is I can't find that huge pastry you use in the vid. What I did find are 9"x9" squares. I'll either have to make smaller sandwiches (not ideal) or keep looking. Maybe I can piece them together. We'll see.
My understanding is that Stromboli is rolled jellyroll style while a calzone is a folded circle. We could tomato/tomahto all day or agree that it's StromZoni!!
Good to see you guys still at it . I haven’t seen you lately .
Looks great, living in Washington you get use to cook outdoor in the rain. Its a beautiful state😊
I love the "crust" the griddle put in it!! I bet it was delicious!!!
Looks delicious. Miss you guys!
Wow! That looked fantastic 😍 👍

Great cook, I'm going to try this one soon!
Quick and easy, I love it.
Holy crap. Upvoted before I even finished the vid. Salivating.
We hope you try it then!
That looks amazing!

JO JO IN VT 💞
Welcome back! We always enjoy your comments!
That looks really good!!👍👍👍. Should get a 7’ umbrella so you can griddle under. Love watching your videos🥰🥰🥰
Thanks for watching!
How can anyone not like a lot of cheese?! Haha! This looks quick, easy, and delicious!
haha right!!! more cheese please!
Never enough cheese!
Very good 👍🏼
That looks bomb!
Now your talking! Love it , fantastic job 👏. Have a awesome week. Cheers 🥂
The last time I had Stromboli was at that fancy Italian restaurant in NYC...Sbarro. 😊
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Can you cook the sides too? I think I would like all sides cooked like the 2 sides look.
This I gotta try. Maybe hold the stromboli on each of the sides/edge for a bit to give that part of the dough a little love.
Great idea!
Hi do make dessert on your griddle from scratch? Cookies pies etc? What else do you make on it?
Yes we have a ton on our website! Go check it out at BlackstoneProducts.com under the recipes tab!

Either one would work great!

That's what we like to hear!

Do you cook this with the lid down to bake the bread or was it down because of the weather?
You don't need to put the lid down but you can. We did because of the weather.
I do it the same way but I put a thin layer of pizza sauce down the middle first.
Brush with Garlic Butter?
Absolutely!
How long does it need to cook on each side???
Just a few minutes... it cooks quick.
Where about in Washington was this filmed……looks like Salt Creek Recreation area on the Olympic Peninsula? Great video thanks for sharing!
Nailed it!
Could you add lettuce, tomatoes, etc... and make it a hot Italian sandwich?
We always say anything is worth trying!
That looks delish, but seems like a long calzone, not a Stromboli.
My understanding is that Stromboli is rolled jellyroll style while a calzone is a folded circle. We could tomato/tomahto all day or agree that it's StromZoni!!
They are very similar just a different shape.
Hereabouts calzone (folded) would have ricotta cheese in it while Stromboli (rolled) doesn’t.
The sides of that dough were raw
You must have done it wrong.
