Even though my brother has seen all of the news about Alex Jones getting hammered. He still holds an extreme position, one which we can no longer even talk It is so extreme and alcohol soaked. The main issue here is that that the Right has been planning this for years, the packing of the Courts at all levels, the placement of Far Right Extremist in law enforcement and City Leadership. They've been rapidly seizing power and trying to push a Might makes Right Narrative since the late 1990's. When push comes to shove, the Majority of the Country Rejects the Far Right and its Fascism. This is why we see the Republican Party trying so hard to fracture any groups that stand in their way, Organizations, voting Districts, Political Parties and Minorities. They can't take power by force because they don't have the numbers, they can't win by the vote because again, they don't have the numbers. So now they will try to take power by using the Courts. Biden needs to pack the SCOTUS NOW, before it's too late.

What is really disturbing to me is that when the truth is presented to a conspiracy theorist, it is denied as fake. It doesn't matter how much evidence is provided, the lie is absolute in their eyes. It is really hard to reason with these people. I am so glad that finally, some truths are not only being presented, but making the lie-believers accountable for the damage a closed mind creates. And it is not political, although reason and truth seem to be weightier on the Democratic side of the argument, which is unfortunate in that it does create an uneven balance. We need more sane conservatives to steady that balance. But until those sane conservatives rise to the surface, accept that the Democratic vote is the only way to preserve our American democracy and truth.
They believe what they want to believe. Facts and evidence are irrelevant to them.
