    Love have all the Hollow Knight bad reviews are like. "OMG no tutorial, don't know where to go" when in legit 5 minites you:
    1. Learn how to heal, jump and attack.
    2. Get to Dirtmouth and talk to elderbug
    3. Are shown the bench and how to safe

    Clearly you don't understand the magnitude of the difficulty that Hornet 1 presents to even the most experienced PC gamers. I've been playing PC games since their _conception,_ and never once have I encountered an enemy that has such unfair attacks. I mean, she can dash, throw her weapon, _and_ dash in the air! It's unthinkable!

      "she can dash, throw her weapon and dash in the air".... Those are unfair attacks and difficult for you? 😂 Clearly you haven't played many PC games and only play games that hold your hand at every corner... There are several games with enemies that can do those and much more... Nothing hard about it if you're at all a competent gamer 💀

    Does anyone else just get the feeling where you just get tired of people complaining about bad reviews on good games and just want them to just flat out just accept criticism And agree with it? People need to understand just because somebody criticizes a good thing that they like It's not a personal attack on them and you don't need to defend it with your life.
    And no matter how great a game is,some people are just not gonna like it for one reason or another.

    I really love hollow knight too and try elden ring at the moment. And yeah, most of the reviews were silly but maybe I can explain the respawn thing to you. I played some rpgs like Gothic and so before and there an enemie gives you like in most games exp that you need to level up of course. But the developers did not want you to kill the same enemie over and over again to get levels or money so if you kill an enemie it is gone forever so you have to go and explore the world to level up and you have an much greater feeling of success. That way the normal enemies also can be a bit harder and give more exp for leveling. That does not make sense in linear and level/dungeon based games, but in Open World games I really like it that way and was a bit confused in Elden Ring too.

    And what's the deal with the FIFA series. I just started and they throw the ball at you, and no one tells were you supoust to take it. And also I don't know why there's other, like, ten more people trying to steal the ball out of you. You can't personalize the shirt you're wearing. This sucks!

    i remember playing dying light and i was doing a mission and im attacked by hordes of zombies. i killed most of the zombies but by a dumb error i died. then when i went back, the zombies didnt respawn and doing the mission was a breeze. i felt like i cheated the mission and didnt deserve finishing it.

    Sekiro really depends on the person. I think it's the easiest of the souls games, because Mikiri and rhythm based fighting. Great video tho :)

    • @Achelus
      @Achelus Год назад

      @@HonkeyKong54 Yeah but if you got sense for rhythm it's so easy it's practically a joke. My first playthrough had 3 challenges Owl, Saint Isshin and Demon of Hatred. Plus you don't even need to think on your build in Sekiro you have a sword, unlock mikiri and shuriken early and you are good to go. Fire crackers make it even more simple.

    Honestly I have 300 hours in elden ring and 1000 hours in ds3 but even after figuring out sekiro and getting all the way past guardian ape I'm just not enjoying it nearly as much as the rest of the souls-likes (and im not just salty about guardian ape, only took me like an hour)
    I'm just not a fan of the prosthetic upgrade mats system, the skill tree system, the inconsistencies between the prosthetic tooltip and how it actually works (or doesnt work), or how reliant you have to be on some prosthetics vs some enemies (like axe seems absolutely necessary against shield enemies since they only dash like once every minute) despite how difficult it can be to find some prosthetics.
    I had fun at some points in the game, like the Genichiro and madam butterfly fights, but overall I wasn't very impressed.
    it almost played like a 3D metroidvania except instead of movement abilities and skills it was all weapon prosthetics that cost currency or farming to use a couple times per rest and optional skills from the skill tree. there's an overwhelming amount of consumable items. the story was told in a very incoherent way, which I know is a Miyazaki classic, but it didn't fit very well with the context that you are a pre-established important character in this universe. the other stories are usually epic tales of some nobody just like everyone else who overcomes the most difficult challenges and makes a huge impact on the world, rivaling the power of the gods. I know I haven't finished the game, but sekiro so far has been about some servant that was given the power to resurrect because he had a pre-existing relationship before the time of the game that was barely ever explored. it was very hard to be invested in the main story of this game. there are some aspects of the story I enjoyed, and the world they constructed is certainly very interesting, but it was hard to bring myself to continue the story when it wasn't very immersive.
    I also just disagree with the part of the video that pretends that there's more than 2 ways to play the game. there's stealth (when you're not forced into combat) and running like a maniac. ig you can say you can play bosses with/without prosthetics or aggressive/passively but most bosses decide that for you with the challenges they bring to the table. there's nothing wrong with having little variation in playstyle in a game, but after coming from other souls games the lack of customization and the feeling of discovering new equipment and trying to fit it into your loadout or planning a whole loadout around it for a future run was just lost, and there was little story to make up for it.
