Excellent vídeo! Thank you!
Thank you so much for posting this video. My dread of flying into and out of Atlanta has been allayed by this helpful guide. I know now that I can expect a long walk from gate to baggage claim. Again thank you!
Hopefully your gate will be located towards the center of the concourse your gate is in. That way it’s only a short walk from your plane to the Plane Train & Baggage claim. Thanks for the comment and I hope that you have a great trip!
Love the video man!!! I’ve flown in and out of ATL countless times but I haven’t flown at all since 2018!! So my memory of the airport definitely needed this refresher! 😂❤
I'm fling by myself as a minor and I was so scared thank ypu!
I’m glad it was helpful to you. Have a safe trip!
THANK YOU!!!!!

Its really pretty simple first you check-in with app or at kiosk, then drop off any checked bags with the airlines baggage counter, next go through TSA security, and then lastly head toward the gate listed on your electronic or printed boarding pass.
Hi, me and my partner are flying to Mexico from the UK and we have a connecting flight at Atlanta, would you say 1 hour and 40 minutes is enough time to get through customs and baggage and to the next flight?
Yes, as long as your flight arriving into ATL is on time 1 hr and 40 min should be plenty of time!
@@bozy106 thank you very much
Hey I have a question about the Atlanta airport. I will be back from New York with the Delta airline at the Atlanta airport on March 31st in the South terminal, but on the same day at night, I’ll depart to San Antonio with the Southwest airline in the North terminal. How do I transfer from the arrival section of the Atlanta airport to the North Departure section? Thank you
It’s super easy. When you hear people talk about the north and south terminal, it sounds like they are two different structures completely….but that is not the case. The north and south terminals are really just opposing ends of one large structure. Check out one of my other videos that will show the south terminals check in and baggage claim as well as the north terminals baggage claim and check in area and how to walk from one to the other…. ruclips.net/video/dMWBZj8h9Ps/видео.html
I know I’m late but you can walk or take the plane train
this video helps...however if u r not riding on delta, then this video dont help. because if ur riding on lets say southwest, then the route will be different
@@fatboigamer9543 correct, if flying with another domestic carrier to get to their baggage claim you would turn right at the top of the escalator instead of left to get to the North Baggage Claim.
@@bozy106 thanks, and also, what if im coming from atlanta back to ft lauderdale. what video should i follow?
@@fatboigamer9543 they are all essentially the same at ATL, no matter which concourse you arrive at. You just walk to the center and get on the Plane Train to domestic baggage claim. The only difference is when you ride the escalator up from the Plane Train it matters which airline you fly in from so you know if you should turn right (towards North Baggage claim) or left (towards South Baggage Claim).
Delta uses all concourses. Southwest uses concourse C, Alaska, Spirit and Frontier usually use Concourse D. American, United and Jet Blue are usually in Concourse T.
