They’ll probably do a prehistoric herbivore pack considering that the original game had a carnivore pack and a herbivore pack. I would guess a new herbivore pack would have something like Microceratus, Agujaceratops, and two other community requested animals, y’all can decide the other two
My unrealistic wish is that they eventually add some sort of animation that includes guest dismemberment! Can you imagine a raptor ripping some guy’s arm or leg off?
She may not even hunt like the other species in the DLC, but the hit kill she gave the rex there was supreme, thank you very much Evo for bringing it in such detail, I always feel like I'm watching an animal documentary with these detailed scenes
The fact they gave the Utahraptor some of the same calls/barks as the Velociraptor may be a cheeky nod to how the movies Velociraptors were significantly up-scaled since there were no known large dromaeosaurs found in North America, until Utahraptor was discovered the same year that Jurassic park hit theatres.
In real life, do Utah raptor was huge compared to a Tyrannosaurus rex are the only few dinosaurs to take down a big tyrannosaurus and let me tell you something they say everything is big in Texas. Don’t forget Utah, but that doesn’t make sense so it’s about time we called the Texas raptor
@@jaxtonward584Utahraptor was around 5.5m long, a quick search tells me. Very big for a dromaeosaur, but less than half the size of a Tyrannosaurus at 12 or 13m. Utahraptor and Tyrannosaurus also lived at different times, and wouldn’t’ve come into contact with each other.
Speaking of the Utahraptor skin at 24:40, I could easily imagine a design like this working well for Blue in the JW trilogy. That is, if the first JW movie wanted to introduce feathered raptors right from the start, and it was explained that Vic Hoskins wanted at least one of Owen’s raptors to be fully feathered to test its advantages.

My only disappointment with Utahraptor (and the dromaeosaurs in this game in general) is that they all seem to ignore their signature claws in favor of just... well, biting like every other therapod. If they at least used the talons to pin their victim down before they started eating that would make it 10x better. Other than that, Utahraptor is definitely a contender for top tier. Also pleasantly surprised by Tarbosaurus. It feels a lot more slim and natural than how CC and the initial trailers made it look, and it has some spectacular behavioral animations!

I hope we get either a Frontier Tarbo variant, a Frontier Mapusaurus, or some other Frontier x-large theropod because Frontier makes beautiful paleo-accurate designs when they don’t have to listen to Universal. I know we already have more than enough large theropods but I still really want to see their original take on a x-large theropod (excluding the Frontier Giga in this because it has exposed teeth and therefore doesn’t count)
This looks great! Tarbosaurus isn't as bad as I thought, too. Gigantoraptor's probs my favourite though - now we have the holy trinity of big aggressive feathered herbivores in the form of Therizinosaurus, Deinocheirus and now Gigantoraptor.

This might be the first pack that I buy at launch, goodness all of them are actually S tier for me, every pack usually only has one or two creatures that I find myself using but legit all of these are dinosaurs that I will get so much great use out, even the Tarbosaurus which is one of the designs I seriously eyerolled at when it was anounced, the frontier skins make it amazing and natural looking, even with the monster like spikes.
Anyone else find it satisfying seeing a paleo accurate Utahraptor fight, kill, and stand over a Jurassic Park/World Velociraptor? I never thought that image would be put into a game. Beautiful.

Overall, I think the Concavenator has the skins and patterns, and the best social and kill animations out of this pack! Especially the for the goats and guests! Swinging one guest to beat other guests! 🤣 Love the addition of the Utahraptor! It really is the BETTER Pyroraptor! Lol And its behavior and animations are perfect! And it's really tied with Concavenator as my personal favorite in this pack! I'm not a fan of the design of the Tarbosaurus (mostly the tall spines on the back), but the skins and patterns, kill animations, and the behaviors do salvage it. And it really makes me WISH Frontier gave these patterns, behaviors and animations to the T. rex in this game!
We just now need a Cambrian Animal Pack and Accuracy pack. The Cambrian animal pack would have the horrific monsters from the oceans of the Cambrian, and the accuracy pack would add just an asolute TON of accurate Dinosaur skins.

I love Concavenator! It has the personality I wish they kept with the Carchar when they had a glitch that made them excitedly run around jeeps, even better when there were two and they both just continuously ran around the car, they looked like they having tons of fun

After seeing Evo’s reaction to the new dinosaurs I know that for the rest of eternity every park will have a concavenator. But I mean, they’re literally velociraptors with the colors of a tropical fish, the hump of a camel and the personality of a cat, what is there not to love about them? (That being said, my favorite is chicken supreme, the gigantoraptor)

my only gripe with the utah is the fact it has velociraptor calls. they sound quite menacing when slowed down in the video so they should have just pitched it down a bit n slowed/elongated the calls n it would be so much more threatening
velociraptors in JP were always utah adjacents with a name change anyways, so utah having the same sounds but more raw isn't a problem for me. honestly- i like it that way
With a Predator Pack and a Automatic Hatchery it would be so cool to have a Prey pack. More species simular to the Homalo, and maybe even they could count as prey for the carnivores behavioral needs
I love how the blue gigantoraptor skin both resembles a cassowary and the corythoraptors depicted in Prehistoric Planet. Second fav skin here aside from magpie-colored utahraptor. Also, double checked, australovenator has a similar kill to u-raptor, but they are slightly different.

I love the Gigantoraptor. I am surprised it doesn't hunt at all. It's a bit strange, but maybe it had to do with animating new kill sequences for them? Loved their social animation. Utahraptor is bigger than I expected but looks really nice. Shocked it doesn't pack hunt. I wonder if that was a Universal decision to differentiate it from the Velociraptor even further than it being paleoaccurate. Hunting guest animation was very nice. Tarbosaurus looked tubbier in the promotional materials I felt? But I guess that's all about the angle of the screenshot or recording. The belly is a little flat but it's smaller than the Tyrannosaur and has some cute animations. The sounds reminded me of the Quetz. Concavenator has some really nice skins. Not sure I love the calls, it's a little screamy. lol
That Utahraptor is absolutely gorgeous. To me its the perfect blend of realism and jurassic world-ness. Its quickly become a top 5 dino in the game for me

I love that with each pack, the dinos (and not-dinos) feel more and more like ANIMALS and not MONSTERS. I hope future movies/shows do more of this as well. Convavenator won me over with its social animation, but Gigantiraptor is my favorite. I have a thing for prehistoric “birds”. Lastly, I’m going to name a Tarbo “Patch”.
I am so happy for the animals, I am crossing my fingers for more content down the line and I am so happy for the following parks: Germany JP/JW, Shandong providence Biosyn, Pennsylvania DFW, Arizona DFW, Isla Cabrera JP/JW and Nublar West JWCC. Oh the joy.
Thank you for showcasing them! It's not like i needed a push to buy the DLC, but it's still enjoyable to watch until i can actually purchase it. My fav from this DLC is the Gigantoraptor, since it feels the most unique, but i like all of them.
One thing I wish they'd add; more animations of dinosaurs that just hunted something *actually eating from it*. Like, so many of the small and mid-sized carnivores just kill, look at it for a second, and then wander off, ditto large carnivores when they kill another dino. How hard would it be to incorporate the "pick up meat" animation from the feeders? It's such a small change that does so much for realism.

Considering Frontier's troubles at the moment, full expansions might not be on the menu, but a pack is fine, too. The Sino-Spino/Spinoceratops would be an excellent headliner for a Hybrid Pack that brings back Ankylodocus, Spinoraptor, and Stegoceratops, and to make it a bit more worthwhile also add either A) the Amargazinosaurus and Pachyspinax from JW or B) the Ultimasaurus.
the rex also had a death animation with the head mash, that was awesome. I also love the social with concavinator (totally ganna add too to the park one name Mr. con and Kenji lol). I don't think it will happen but I think that it would be awesome if they added like Paleo versions that are paleo accurate (mainly want spino T-T and velociraptor) IK they look like that to keep with story but still they could. Also I feel like the people that put so much work into the human kill animations probably need a bit of therapy their a bit too good lol.

Utahraptor makes more sense than the other raptors since IRL it's thought to have used its jaws more than other dromaeosaurids did

my only gripe with the utah is the fact it has velociraptor calls. they sound quite menacing when slowed down in the video so they should have just pitched it down a bit n slowed/elongated the calls n it would be so much more threatening
velociraptors in JP were always utah adjacents with a name change anyways, so utah having the same sounds but more raw isn't a problem for me. honestly- i like it that way

With a Predator Pack and a Automatic Hatchery it would be so cool to have a Prey pack. More species simular to the Homalo, and maybe even they could count as prey for the carnivores behavioral needs

I love how the blue gigantoraptor skin both resembles a cassowary and the corythoraptors depicted in Prehistoric Planet. Second fav skin here aside from magpie-colored utahraptor.
Also, double checked, australovenator has a similar kill to u-raptor, but they are slightly different.

I've actually been building a park for each country from North America and to Asia and will eventually make a tiny park for poor Australia and Antarctica

I love the Gigantoraptor. I am surprised it doesn't hunt at all. It's a bit strange, but maybe it had to do with animating new kill sequences for them? Loved their social animation.
Utahraptor is bigger than I expected but looks really nice. Shocked it doesn't pack hunt. I wonder if that was a Universal decision to differentiate it from the Velociraptor even further than it being paleoaccurate. Hunting guest animation was very nice.
Tarbosaurus looked tubbier in the promotional materials I felt? But I guess that's all about the angle of the screenshot or recording. The belly is a little flat but it's smaller than the Tyrannosaur and has some cute animations. The sounds reminded me of the Quetz.
Concavenator has some really nice skins. Not sure I love the calls, it's a little screamy. lol
I'd love to see you do a ranking of all the dinosaurs based on which ones are cutest to least cute
That Utahraptor is absolutely gorgeous. To me its the perfect blend of realism and jurassic world-ness. Its quickly become a top 5 dino in the game for me

True! The velociraptor became the most overrated raptor species even though it even wasn't a velociraptor in Jurassic park 😂. Calling it deinonychus or utahraptor would have been better.

The Australovenator has a slightly different animation, where as the Utahraptor kicks it away, the Australovenator picks it up before dropping it. :)

Frontier did a really really good job with the animations and the skins, but the concavenator is the best one personally, its my fav dino and seeing it being finally added to the game is awsome, im gonna use it so many times.
I love that with each pack, the dinos (and not-dinos) feel more and more like ANIMALS and not MONSTERS. I hope future movies/shows do more of this as well. Convavenator won me over with its social animation, but Gigantiraptor is my favorite. I have a thing for prehistoric “birds”.
Lastly, I’m going to name a Tarbo “Patch”.
I am so happy for the animals, I am crossing my fingers for more content down the line and I am so happy for the following parks: Germany JP/JW, Shandong providence Biosyn, Pennsylvania DFW, Arizona DFW, Isla Cabrera JP/JW and Nublar West JWCC. Oh the joy.
Thank you for showcasing them! It's not like i needed a push to buy the DLC, but it's still enjoyable to watch until i can actually purchase it.
My fav from this DLC is the Gigantoraptor, since it feels the most unique, but i like all of them.

One thing I wish they'd add; more animations of dinosaurs that just hunted something *actually eating from it*. Like, so many of the small and mid-sized carnivores just kill, look at it for a second, and then wander off, ditto large carnivores when they kill another dino. How hard would it be to incorporate the "pick up meat" animation from the feeders? It's such a small change that does so much for realism.

Aint complaining about the packs they've been putting out though, so far they've been SO good
Considering Frontier's troubles at the moment, full expansions might not be on the menu, but a pack is fine, too. The Sino-Spino/Spinoceratops would be an excellent headliner for a Hybrid Pack that brings back Ankylodocus, Spinoraptor, and Stegoceratops, and to make it a bit more worthwhile also add either A) the Amargazinosaurus and Pachyspinax from JW or B) the Ultimasaurus.
I had an idea that like moros and t.rex moros being the baby rex you could use oviraptor as a day born baby gigataraptor

The Utah raptor was already one of my favorite dinosaurs and seeing that they added a realistic version to this game makes it even better.
the rex also had a death animation with the head mash, that was awesome.
I also love the social with concavinator (totally ganna add too to the park one name Mr. con and Kenji lol).
I don't think it will happen but I think that it would be awesome if they added like Paleo versions that are paleo accurate (mainly want spino T-T and velociraptor) IK they look like that to keep with story but still they could.
Also I feel like the people that put so much work into the human kill animations probably need a bit of therapy their a bit too good lol.
