Much weight is put on the singer / rhythm guitarist though the bassist seems to be the most confident. The management needs to let the lead guitarist cut loose and find her voice too. They're almost a 1950s rock and roll band with a mid 1970s punk ethos playing 1980s / 1990s pop rock style songs.
