    I love how "clean" your videos are, the calmness and not having so much on the background and the way you do the editing is really nice and refreshing! I love your recipes! Maybe you could do something for autumn? It's getting cold in here and I would love to see what you come up with!

    I just love how coolio you are when you're done with the recipe and simply chat about what you've cooked/baked/etc. I feel like I cooked with you and then we sat down and ate it together. just like I do with my bro :) awesome times!

    I've always found it strange how the UK and US have two different things but with the same name. Sherbet is a sweet powder in the UK

    In the 1970s (and before), most brands of sherbet had a much more "icy" texture instead of the creamy (dairy) kind that's commonly sold now. I always wondered why it changed?

    Man... I wish I weren't allergic to milk. I love ice cream but I can only eat like a spoonful or I get sick or my throat swells :( can I use a lactose free milk?

      Sherbet and sorbet are virtually the same, sorbet is just dairy free :3

      I'd like to see how to make Hasselback potatoes well, because the recipes out there turn on RUclips all seem to turn out pretty bad. There must be a two stage cooking process required but I can't figure it out. Something for a perfectionist to spend some time on for sure

    I personally would like to see a back to school week featuring healthy yet yummy foods that are super easy to prepare the night before or morning of school. Eating the same foods for an entire school year can get pretty boring!

    This word actually came from the languages which is Bangla speaks by people of Bangladesh & part of west India. In Bangla it's "শরবত" should be pronounced with "T" at the end and this recipe is originally from Bangladesh. We pronounce it "shorbot".

    I made this yesterday I don't have a machine so I froze it and I made a blackberry sorbet then after it was set mixed the both together and marbled them so nice thxs for this recipe

    In what proportion do you add the fruit syrups? How do you make sure you don't thin the ice cream base too much with the fruit syrup?

    In Australia, sherbet is the fizzy powdery stuff. Sorbet is like an icecream but fruit flavoured and no dairy, ALSO this is ... I don't know what I would call this °______°

      A lower milkfat content and a higher sugar content. It's closer to sorbet than it would be to ice cream, and in most cases more tart.

      ***** I agree. This recipe has too high milkfat to be called sherbet. But Talbott somewhat does admit this toward the end.

    This is so playful! I can't even remember the last time I had rainbow sherbet! But now that you've down this....can you make spumoni next? That's been a predominant flavor my brother and I have loved as children: pistachio, cherries, and vanilla yuummmmm :)

      In the syrup? Because he only uses a little of the syrup even though he made a lot. I don't think there's that much sugar. Especially when you're never supposed to have that much ice cream lol

    Say I wanted it more tart. Would I just add more yogurt? Or would that mess up the sherbet
