Having a rough we while of it and today everything just felt unbearable. Thankfully my mum turned up unannounced to drop my jacket off...and i let everything out to her...crying on the street...classy haha. But after this i felt much better. My poor mum. Then i seen u uploaded and honestly thank you so much. I always feel better watching your vlogs. Its such a safe comforting space. Sending love and thanks to you and your fabulous family. I know you guys have had your fair share of criticism and hate, but im so grateful for you all, and you're so appreciated ❤

Juices, that's what I've been doing, with a juicer... ginger, carrots, whole lemons, celery and cucumber. You name it, it's in there! (Don't forget the powdered vitamin C.)

Using cups instead of grams or pounds & ounces is a real pain because I have several different sized cups in my house & don't know which I should use. Also "marine collagen " is no use for Vegans ......really annoying ! Gardening :- consider going on a basic gardening course, or I'm sure there is all you need to know online/YT ? You have so much space - you could create a little haven . I really enjoyed the trip to the castle, thank you for the great video.
If you go to Bluewater there is a new store called love island if you are interested.
I like oat milk. Soy is ok too. Haven’t tried almond milk yet. That’s my main thing I miss living in Europe. No matter where you live you’re close to history.

Are you using retinoid already? You should, together with collagen and c-vitamin, (problem with collagen supplements are that they go to the body but usually not enough for face).
Collagen overall is very good for for anyone. Specially the one with protein + collagen.

Good for you Anna taking 4 kids out by yourself. Iv 3 under 7 and i definitely love getting out but its hard to watch them when they start to explore lol nothing but rain now so nowhere to go. Weather is rubbish. Thanks for brilliant video. Yummy food xx

2 liters water is not so much apparently, I talked to a friend he drinks daily 5l/day, I also switched over to 3,5-4l/day , is fine :) Anyway most beautiful family and all the blessings! 💜

Totally gobsmacked by the self-centred videos on here. Loved their earlier posts which were so down to earth. Now we’ve got weekly shopping with costs over £400 and Anna showing off as much skin as she can. I know it must be about 3 yrs since I last watched but I think the posts are so OTT.
Oh, so now we’re judging a woman based how she dressed? I‘m not from the UK but I’ve heard that they are having a heat wave. How is she supposed to dressed in your opinion? Also, grocery’s are EXPENSIVE. Have you ever heard about inflation? She has a family of 6 + several dogs. They need to be fed and like I said, things are expensive these days.

I haven't found a great coffee creamer either. ive heard Nut Pods it great but i can't source it in Canada. Everyone says just cows milk/half and half might be best but I hate the taste.

Heyy Anna, I know your looking to add more protein in your diet. Have youu tried quark?? It's very high in protein and low on fat and salt x
