Do these former NBA players realize their parents did exactly the same things to them they are highly criticizing this parent is doing to his son. Using his 10 year old boy's talent and potential to get paid.... more social media attention, recognition, fame and take advantage of him in order to be a part of his possible talent potential, multi million dollars pro sports career in the near future. As the parent(s) continue their unwavering love, affection and support for their athletically talented children, they are also intentional and unintentional, mentally conditioning them to also take care of them financially and materials wise when that time actually comes in the future. What's one of the first things a college player says after being drafted into the professional ranks: "I'm gonna buy my mama a house and she will never has to work another day ever again in her life!" All these former NBA players before the age of social media, made multi millions of dollars annually playing in the multi billion dollar big business NBA and their parent(s) went along for the ride with their basketball talented children who has been financially eating off them since making it to the league, staying in the league for many years and still continuing to financially eat of every one of them to this very day getting and spending hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars annually from them and that also includes extended family members, close friends and associates. Expensive homes, cars, food, jewelry, lavish vacations, business opportunities, giving out thousands of dollars in cash never to get any of it back, clothing, paying their bills etc that all of these guys have done and continue to do because they have been the official breadwinners their entire adult lives. So criticizing this male parent thinking he's exploiting his 10 year old son during this social media interview is no different than when they also was being exploited by their parents who were all potential wise, really good and great playing basketball at this young age or a little older and if this 10 year old football player makes it to the NFL with his father's love and assistance, then good for both of them.
