      Is there a way to reproduce for testing purpose if device drivers already updated ?

    • @ChanderManiPandey
      @ChanderManiPandey  Год назад

      I think you can by uninstalling the driver (if supported), but i have not tested this.
      Let me know the outcome, in case you are testing this.

      I have query here, from where it pickup the drivers is it directly via OEM or from windows catalog.
      We have deployed Manual driver update ring however not a single drivers shows it has been 4 days since policy is created and targeted to some of devices.

      Machine is scanning and downloading drivers from from Update catalog.
      -->Are you sure that the that particular system needs any recommended driver ?
      -->Check if you have some driver showing in "optional driver" update.
      --->If not, then ensure that all the prerequisites are in place.
      let me know the outcome of your finding.

    Finally! A chart that shows that Microsoft 365 Business Premium supports driver updates. There are tons of posts out there with people asking if Premium covers driver updates. This is the first chart that I've seen that explicitly lists Premium. Thanks for the clarification.

      If you are able to see the bios update in Microsoft update catalog then it should work.

Frrm last 4-5 days we are seeing same status..Are logs stored in same path as for windows update. Do we need to bypass url from firewall. IS their any way to check the blocker. Please suggest.

      If you're inquiring about the 'Windows 10 and later Driver updates' report showing these status, I recommend manually verifying whether the driver is installed on the device or not. In many cases, the driver is installed after approval, but the status in the report may still appear the same.
      From my personal observations: Reporting takes an extended amount of time to update the status (sometimes it doesn't update at all), and in cases where troubleshooting is necessary, the only available option is to initiate a support case with Microsoft
