I absolutely love your version of Eevee! She's so adorably chubby and fluffy! It's not easy to make Eevees cuter than what they already are, but you did it!
I'd love it if there was an extremely rare Eevee that just randomly switched to its other evolutions, like someone bred too many Eevee X Ditto pairs and one came out a little wrong, or maybe it's moves let you turn into the evolutions like Ditto and they gain level appropriate attacks for their form. I think that'd be kinda cool.
Well in the manga red (the protagonist ash is based on aka the original one) had an eevee that was experimented on by team rocket and due to that gained the ability to switch back and forth between eevee, vaporeon, jolteon and flareon. When it eventually evolved into espeon it lost the ability to change back and forth.
Eevee has a mega evolution in Pokemon Insurgence that is, essentially, exactly that. It works kind of like Greninja's Protean, changing its type (and, in this case, its appearance) to that of whichever Eeveelution gives it STAB with the move it's about to use, and there's a move tutor who can teach Eevee powerful moves it couldn't normally learn of various typings. Fair warning, though. Insurgence is a bad, edgy story and bland world design. It's very much a gameplay challenge-oriented game, with many boss fights and a plethora of tools for customizing and fine-tuning the perfect team. You have to be very into tinkering with the mathematics of Pokemon to get the most out of it, but if you are, I certainly recommend it.

Suggested to get Eevee, hold off on evolution until level 30 to get bite, then be sure to evolve it into Espeon before it hits 36. This gives it bite and psybeam, making it highly effective against the first three E4 members. To this day, every time I play GSC, I try to get an Espeon with bite for the type coverage.
Congratulations on completing this project!! It was really good, the song sounds like it could have been on a Disney movie from the 90's. I can't begin to imagine how long such a task takes, considering you have to hand draw literally every frame, then combine the awesome music, and editing, and everything else. I am glad this ended up in my recommendations. Keep knocking these things out of the park!!!

This is so cute! It looks like you had a lot of fun playing with the lyrics, and all those expressions on the Eevee were really fun to watch! I especially love the animation in the last lines where it's rapidly shifting through all of them, and the pokeball on the last beat. Love it!
