Agreed. I think it's because the surprise factor is gone. I have seen a number of reactors just reacting to P1 and P2 at the same time. I think that works well because it comes across like P1 is the morning of class and P2 is the afternoon.
Like how you almost always hear We Will Rock You and We Are the Champions together. It just sounds weird now to hear one or the other alone.
I now prefer to see both parts together. Just flows a little better and the "funny" from P1 sort of sets you up for P2 and makes P2 just a little funnier.

Agreed regarding the high quality and all-around brilliance of this show, it's at the very top tier of comedy TV, the production values, acting, scripts, film techniques, they really leveled up on this show.

It's crazy how as Americans we love British comedy and Brits love American comedy...The inThere's just not enough Britcom available. Monty Python really kinda paved the way. The individual cast members of Monty Python have literally achieved Rock Star status in America. but I don't think Brits are aware of how much of a demand there is for British content here in America! What we need is a British Hollywood to churn content out on a more massive scale.
