@@umgosientertainment yes sisi by law you have to define the definition of a customary marriage first.Therefor customary marriage is recognised when man pays lobola for a woman.In a case of a same sex partners it would then be civil union,of which they did not sign at home affairs.
That would make the marriage neither civil nor customary,thus null and void.

If this is the case I’m so happy for Somizi because he definitely didn’t loose much from this complicated marriage, those legal fees are nothing n it way better then having to drag a divorce so he definitely won, though I don’t like mogale I’m thankful that he appreciated the fame that somizi gave him cause he’s doing well now for himself but he decided to not to interfere with Somizis money n he’s pockets so it definitely a win win for both of them n it looks like they chose peace, kudos to them I’m happy 🙌
