Vancouver looks a good place to provide a decent quality of life. Very beautiful scenery.

Truly a lovely apartment! Unfortunately it is worth about 4 million at the most!

You can't be serious. *$6,500,000 for THIS?* Windows that look directly into the windows next door? Furnishings that look like you might see in an economy hotel room? $650,000 would be closer to it -- even in super-expensive Vancouver.

Yes, you forgot to show the taller building next door that has balconies looking down on you and your so called private rooftop patio...ridiculous price.

PLEASE, for future videos, you shouldn't show where the Wall Safe is located!! It simply places the homeowner in danger of being robbed. The burglar would know exactly where the safe is located.
You could tell the prospective buyer the location of the safe when they are there IN PERSON to walk through the home with you.

Not worth it considering the deterioration of the downtown and west end in the past 2 years. Nice building though by a good developer
