Every loved pet is an emotional support animal. My guinea pigs are emotional support animals, they do wonders for my mental health.

@@thatvalensteingirl I agree my pets are the world to me, to us. But declaring a pet an “emotional support animal” means no landlord can refuse you or charge you, and they can fly in the cabin and go to restaurants etc. Some are legitimate but many people get it by paying a small fee online and I’m thinking she’s one of them (just a gut feel from watching and listening). Both dogs unleashed. It’s a push. $0 each way.
STOP ADOPTING THESE VICIOUS DOGS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD OR BRED.

No. It's not that black and white. Hers was on her property. Theirs wasn't.

Doesn’t matter if it’s on her property. It has to be leashed if it’s not fenced in. That means she also had no control of her own dog.

It sounds to me like the parents went to the game, left the daughter home with her boyfriend, and left the dog in a backyard which is not fenced in, and can be circumvented by walking around the gate. Not the most responsible people in the world. I'm very surprised the judge didn't jump on them for that.
