I think for another upgrade should be a wheelie bar but you should probably only use it on pavement, but it’s up to you on how you want to use your car.
Nolan, your killing me! Your selling the crap out of that Slash, You’ve got me wanting to buy one!? Lol great video. It’s just the wind beneath your wings, doesn’t bother me.
I'm guessing that's a stock xl5 part. If you want to try some cheap shafts that might be a little stronger, you can use the rears from the vxl 4x4 hoss and rustler. They fit the 2wds as well.
I would put some 2.8s on it with some type of fenderless body personality to handle rougher terrain like a slightly bigger Stampede, but I'm interested to see the direction you take it in. Good content.
@@RCKnockout I live in Undisclosed place 🤣 and I saw this video a long time ago maybe like a year ago and this guy took a 2WD transmissions and somehow I’m not even joking and he made it four-wheel-drive don’t even know how he did it but I didn’t even believe it at first but somehow you can I just wanted to let you know LOL
That car is durable.
Yes it is!!
Funny... yeah the Slash isn't at all graceful in the air. But it's as durable and fun as any. Great video! Have a good one 👍
Yeah it is durable but not very graceful in the air lol 😂
i was really fun watch your videos! so pure sound. hehe
Glad you liked it!

Yeah a wheelie bar could come in handy in certain situations. I don’t think it would have helped here though

Lol. It’s a fun little rig! It can take quite a bit of abuse too!
If you ever come to Central Arkansas check out vprc it's a rc track in Alexander Arkansas
I’ll definitely have to do that…..most of the time when I go to Arkansas I’m in the Northern Part of the State though…but you never know
I have never seen an rc hit a wall ride. That was cool. You should bring other cars to that spot.
I’m not sure if I’ll be back near that spot anytime soon. It’s close to 8 hours from where I live
I always love to see this bro it just looks so much fun brilliant video bud as always
Appreciate it man! It was a ton of fun!!

Actually I already got ahold of a set of aftermarket ones. The install video is coming soon!
Sweet bash with the slash.
Thanks 😊
Would you recommend getting rather a slash 2wd or a summit 1/16 brushed???🤔🤔
slash
Slash 100% without a doubt. I always recommend people go with a 1/10 scale over a 1/16 even if the 1/16 is faster. You’ll have more fun with the Slash
The wooden wall is called a Burm
Thanks!

Appreciate it! Not sure if I wanna go that route? Ideally I’d like to keep it a short course with the 2.2s on it
@@RCKnockout Understood. It's all personal preference.
@@truerc very true
my slipper clutch and spur gear is broken so how should I fixed that is that replaceable
Yeah you can buy a new spur gear and a new slipper clutch and install them
everytime something happens to my slash is always the front pins from the front just like what happened to urs lol
Are you running the Rpm suspension arms?
Sorry for late reply, but yes im also running the rpm arms and as u said in the video, this happens because their plastic is very flexible
@@enz0368 yeah at least they don’t break though
3:12 thats called a berm
I gotcha thanks 😊
No problem man!
Wall ride
Heck yeah! 👍😉
You are doing great.
But the 2wd slash can't fly. U need a rustler or something like that.
Can a Rustler fly? I’ve never owned one
@@RCKnockout the body doesn't catch air so it Fly much better, more level.
@@maartencoppens7312 yeah I guess that would be true. The slash body is kinda like a parachute
Lol
Did you know you can make a 2WD 4wd
Where do you live? You can’t convert a 2wd to a 4wd lol 😂…the chassis are completely different

@@christiansrcs7789 I gotcha. Yeah I thought you meant converting it identically into a 4x4 slash?
@@RCKnockout oh hahah
