@@Copyninja007. the problem is not that Sakura is not strong enough, the real problem is Kishimoto doesn't make her as powerful as Naruto and Sasuke, so if Hinata was on team seven she would've suffered the same fate as Sakura. Because that's just how Kishimoto writes his female characters, the characters strengths are completely out of their control.

If Naruto ever gets a reboot, I would honestly be satisfied with just more meaningful screen time for Hinata, more meaningful power-ups, and a more natural progression toward her relationship with Naruto.

I always wished Hinata would be the main character. She has a way better backstory than Sakura. I also would note that Sasuke would probably get pretty close to Hinata in pre-Shuppiden because they both can relate to each other as far as being compared to an older brother, having strict fathers, and death. Massaging never mentioned Hinata’s mother so I’m guessing she is dead…

Sakura was actually great on paper, she along with the other characters just got pushed to the side and didn’t get written well. Kishimoto may have been smart and talented enough to create Naruto on paper but he lacks in storytelling. Look at Boruto, on paper it should be different and better than Naruto in many ways (not all), but it’s just written poorly. He sure can draw though, he’s an artist through and through. It’s a shame but it is what it is.

Yep. If she was written similarly with more focus, she could have actually attempted to break the ice by relating to him when he defects. Of course he’d knock her out like he did Sakura, maybe Sakura would find her and both of them would confront Naruto and the rescue team with Sakura asking all 5 of the boys to bring him back instead of just Naruto due to them not being close because they’re in different teams.
Sasuke is only rude to annoying fangirls whos trying to get his attention like kid Sakura, kid Ino and Karin. But hinata is different, so he might just become indifferent to her.

100 Healings training, previous induced Chakra Control, and mastered Medical Ninjutsu are a massive stretch for early Part 2… When it comes to character creation and development, you have to balance them alongside other characters and what was stated in the story. Having 100 Healings Training and mastered Medical Ninjutsu is too much for a 15 year old Hinata at the start of Part 2 considering she already has to weave chakra for further mastery of the Byakugan and Gentle Fist. Sakura was only so strong due to her having an affinity for chakra control and not having anything else or complex in her deck. Plus you have give up a bunch of chakra, control it to a tremendous degree and precision, and filter it to your temple 24/7 for 100 Healings to work, even in the early stages. Ino gave up because it was too complex and didn’t fit her as she had Mind Control to worry about (still learned Medical Ninjutsu), Shizune couldn’t even do Master 100 Healings even after following Tsunade for like a decade and had to give it up. Although Shizune was an amazing Jonin and had great control of her chakra for Medical Ninjutsu she never learned Tsunade’s Chakra Enhanced Strength technique, preparation for 100 Healings is just too much on top of that. Sasuke on the other hand was a prodigy who was trained by another notable one and became a character of Jonin level (if not low or mid Jonin lvl) with skills, physical prowess, and ninjutsu that dwarfed Team 7’s growth (excluding Yamato they’re each mid/high Chunin with Yamato being low/mid Jonin but under Sasuke), unless we’re counting the fact that no wanted to kill Sasuke, was stunned with his growth and changes, and were holding back w/ both. Hinata at that point would not keep up w/ Sasuke at all and be guarded just like Sakura was or Sasuke would easily dodge all of her attacks and counter her.
Although characters get stronger as a story goes on, the level Hinata is w/ the 1st 3 has to be lower than Sakura and Tsunade upon mastery in the War since she has to master them alongside Byakugan and Gentle Fist, she may never be made to use all these together in this story either unless you balance them correctly (would still be strong and viable on the high end, I mean look at Kakashi with average body stats) but it just seems like too much for a 15 year old.
Maybe instead of learning medical ninjutsu she would train with kakashi as to learn to control kekkei genkai and taijutsu as that would be more helpful for her

I believe Sakura was incredibly underrated and overheated all the annoying things she did she was a kid all kids are annoying but when she grew up she became a lot less useless even saving Naruto with her healing.

Hinata would have been a great part of Team 7 due to her having better reason for being a ninja then Sakura along with the fact she is more popular then her also is Tsunade train her Hinata would be a straight up beast in combat and healing along with better at it then Sakura due to her Byakugan being able to see chara points also she's Naruto love interests making for a better relationship then in canon cause Naruto had feeling for Sakura knowing that she like Sasuke and I feel Naruto bonded more with Hinata then Sakura due to Sakura acting like Naruto is nice guy one minute and then has a mood swing while Hinata cute personally is much relatable heck even the author said Sakura was nothing special and this what it was great hope for more in the future.
If hinata would be in team 7 she would be a lot powerful than now and Sakura would be no comparison for her
If I were Kishi I would change these things about Sakura:
🔺1. Show some interaction between Sakura & her parents
I won’t change her backstory, I will make it clear how shallow Sakura is, a fangirl who cares only about Sasuke-kun.
And throughout the story she will start to think about concepts such as what does it mean to be a Konuichi?
How important is the village?
The darkness that is surrounding shinobi’s system.
She will see her teammates getting beat by the cruelties of this system, and her family & the civilians being scared and worries about the future as Akatsuki gets close to finishing their plans.
Her anxiety and fear of losing her teammates because of the Akatsuki.
🔺2. She will have less screen time, since she is the heroine, Kishi gave her more screen time than others, because of this, she ended up being useless.
If you think of it, Naruto always end up doing the most important things while Sakura only stands there watching 🧍🏻♀️.
And in every screen time she gets, I’ll make sure she does something.
🔺3. Make her friendship with Ino stronger, and write a scene where she cheer Ino up after her loss of her father.
Sakura as the heroine should’ve done things to her friends like supporting them, giving them advices whether it was in training stuff or emotional stuff.
But we saw her having shallow bond with others, she didn’t stand there for Ino, Naruto, or Sasuke to cheer them up.
She was always in her own world trying her best to bring Sasuke back and yet she failed.
🔺4. I will never let her end up with Sasuke, I will focus to show how it hurts her to love Sasuke while he is still in the darkness.
She will feel sorry for him, and get some of self blaming because of her inability to help him.
But no matter how hard it is she will choose herself and her happiness, and never be in a relationship with Sasuke.
Lol at the end she gave up on Sasuke. But Sasuke is the one who proposed her at the end.

You should have been with Kishimoto when he was writing this, although this timeline of events seems to make the last movie obselete, so I would definitely suggest changing things up so that doesn't happen.

The craziest part about this is that it means some part of the Hyuga clan is part Otsutsuki, which could have changed boruto, as Naruto might not have had to pull out baryon mode

I kinda disagree on the Haku stuff.
I think she would destroy the mirrors from the outside by being able to see their weak points with Byakugan. But this would take away Naruto's rage Kyuubi moment. Instead that happens later.
She would be able to do it, just some of 1-3 and not fast enough if Haku is using 25%. Think abt it, despair would still have to be a factor with all 3 of them attempting to put on pressure. Of course Sasuke or Sasuke and Hinata get defeated trying to protect Naruto and we back to following the changed timeline.
Also, Hinata might not engage anyways and stay on defense as Tazuna still has to be protected.
FYI:Only Otsutsukis can use the tensigan and they can only do it if they take a byakugan from a Hyuga

I believe you're thinking of the Tenseigan weapon. He awoken the Tenseigan after x-amount of time after stealing Hanabi's byakugan.

I may have been misinterpreting your question. If not, he needed Hanabi's eyes first to start the process of getting the Tenseigan, and moving the Moon itself.

The cluster of eyes was the mini Sun and power for the weapon. He did absorb the eyes/power source, but it was only temporary, and it went out of control, until even those eyes were taken away or dispersed/destroyed (somehow).
There's probably a better explanation in the novel.
Yo what if naruto had shinjutsu? While kushina was growing Naruto’s shinjutsu would be mixing with kushina chakra and increasing her life force raging storms where always happening during Naruto’s growth in kushina minato would make a crucial decision to take kushina to the ruins of the Uzahokakure to better protect her at the day she convinced Naruto and he would take his personel guards that knows the FTG Jutsu with Kakashi and minato’s anbu devision. The seal that where previously at the village could be reactivated with the blood of an Uzumaki, Tsunade would be the doctor to bring naruto into the world for better “protection” and Jiraiya would be helping hiruzen as stand by hokage while minato’s away. But naruto would have been taking kurama’s Chakra with out even consciously knowing over the time he was being conceived

When an Ōtsutsuki is implanted with the Byakugan of a Hyūga, this combination of the two clans' chakra transforms the Byakugan into Tenseigan. Hinata isn't an otsutsuki so she won't get that power up...😔😔

Byakugan is as powerful as sharingan , we have seen how Kaguya uses the byakugan even Hogoromo and his brother were scared.
I think Sakura is a character that the creators made a mistake with, they should have made her much stronger or at least given her a water style.
In almost every fight someone saves her and then she cries why she's not strong enough. I'm not saying she's weak, she's one of the strongest characters in the series but they could make her stronger, not change anything in her story or her behavior just make her stronger. I don't agree that she is useless. Without her the whole shinobi world would be dead.

Honestly, Hinata's character had a lot of potential, but unfortunately, her kind nature made her vulnerable to being taken advantage of. Additionally, since she wasn't the main heroine, Sakura, the creators didn't give her character the attention it deserved. However, despite these setbacks, Hinata still had the potential to be a strong female character. Even though she may not have been as physically strong as some other characters, her popularity among fans showed that she had a strong emotional and mental fortitude that could have been further developed.
