You're absolutely right! I didn't think I'd like them, but I put my hands on a couple and it's like the heavens opened up and I saw the light. With my hand size at least, I felt more control over it than any other.
My vote would be for the 48. They are identical in every way except the 48 has about .5" longer slide. So from my viewpoint there's a negligible weight difference and you get a little longer sight radius. Now, those are my "by the numbers" reasonings, but really I just prefer something a little more beefy in the hand and the 43/43x feel just too small. But that's all personal preference. And honestly, if you buy the 43x and aren't a fan, in most scenarios it's a new enough gun you could trade it to a LGS for a 48 straight up or maybe be out another $50-$100.

At first I thought the 48 was a stupid idea but after thinking about it I can see why someone would want to carry it. Right now I alternate between a Shield and a gen4 G19. The Shield is so easy to conceal and super comfortable as well. The G19 is a bit harder for me to conceal but still doable. At times the bulkiness of it feels uncomfortable though. The width especially is very obvious with an IWB setup. I find myself wanting to carry the Shield more because of how slim it is. I have medium to large hands and can grip the G19 fine but it still feels chunky. Then the G48 comes along. It has the slim profile that I like in the Shield with the benefit of 2-3 more rounds and a longer sight radius. I carry my Shield with the 8 round mag which makes the grip the same length as the G19 so the G48 wouldn't be adding any grip length either. So the way I see it, the 48 is a nice middle ground between the Shield and the G19. I sacrifice 5 rounds for more comfort but for me 10+1 is good enough and feels better than having 8+1. Just my two cents. Thanks for the video, brother.

I however am going g43x because my 19 after awhile digs into me while sitting from having a longer slide length than the shield.
I am selling my 19. I shoot the 48 wayyyyy better due to the grip of it and my short fingers. 10 rounds of gold spear dot still makes me feel comfortable with any application and minus mags and mag catch my 43 componants are able to he used in it. Glock had specifics in mind as far as concealed carry when they design the 48 I have one and it fits very smoothly under clothing the idea of the smooth texture is so that does not snag on anything when you're trying to draw it in a hurry. if you're going to open carry you might as well carry your good old dependable Glock 19.
Great video. So the 43x and the 48 are basic,y the same gun only the 48 has a slightly longer barrel? Then I would assume the 43x is the best choice for concealed carry? Thanks again.
I bought the 48 yesterday and have never owned a Glock.I was making really tight groups at 20 yds with everything stock. The trigger botherd me a little after 150 rounds so I may install a flat face trigger. The sight don't bother me as much
This will become my next EDC. A thin glock 19 and I have medium sized hands. There will be smorgasboard of aftermarket for this gun as well. Another youtuber commented that in hi opinion after market mags could easily hold 2 more rounds and still remain flush to the grip.
I agree the mags are underloaded to 10 rounds for the good of the people's republic. They are 10.5 Rd mags as is. They aren't a full stagger though so I'd say +1 will probably stay flush and then overhang for 2 or more.
Well it's too late because I already sold my G 19 after carrying it for over 10 years as my Duty Weapon and I did love that G 19 and it served me well! Now after retirement, I purchased a G43 which I use as my EDC and I also recently purchased a G48. I live these slim line Glocks and I waited a very long time for Glock to release these Guns. At my age of 76, I no longer need large double stack guns with 15 or seventeen round magazines. I pocket carry my G43 and I also will carry my G48 in my OWB/ITWB holsters! I could not wait to sell my double stack heavy guns. Thank you Gaston!
Are you familiar with the Overwatch Precision trigger? Flatface trigger shoe promotes a straight back trigger stroke. Less likely to pull muzzle left in my experience. There are lots of flatface triggers. Robar guns recommended this one because Overwatch maintains all the Glock safeties that other designs do not.
Keanon Gilliam if I get one I was thinking to go the Ameriglo sights also. How do you like them? Accurate at long distance? They light up nice in the dark?
@@MDpolo I can't say that for sure, it all depends on your preference. The 48 carries more comfortably because it is thin. The 26 carries like a hockey puck. The 26 has a better trigger, better grip texture for shooting, better recoil control and can take larger mags without issue. Those are the reasons I'd side with the 26 over the 48.
J Helmsing many thanks J. I'm in agreement. The only thing I dislike about the 26 is the thickness. I shoot it well although I only have 1 box through it.
J Helmsing also, just FYI, I had to turn the volume to the max on my iPad to hear you. Tried it on my laptop and same. Could be my equipment but happened on both devices. Cheers!
Did you have any issue with the stock sights? I found that my G48 has too tall of a front sight. When aligned properly the point of impact is way low. I find if I align the sights with the rears about 2/3 rds of the way up the front instead of a flat straight line it's about right.
Good review. I’m an LEO as well and bought this at blue label. I’m curious what your thoughts are for the G48 being carried on duty as a plain clothes/detective pistol? I’m a detective and leaning towards thinking this would be a nice option for that. Thoughts?
Loved my Gen 2 Glock 19 sans finger grooves and accessory rails. Sold because it didn't work well with inside pants holsters. This seems like just what I was looking for.
the 48 felt off balance in my hands and the 43x felt perfectly balanced my guess is with the longer barrel on the short frame of the 48 lacks some support at the barrel end
This is a great option for new gun owners, magazine restriction states & people with smaller hands. I’m not giving up my G19 for it but it definitely has a place in the market. Carry on! 😎
That's actually an old GE fridge from inside the house. Water outlet continually freezes, motor makes funny noises when defrosting, but it still keeps refreshing beverages cold. I'd give it a 6/10.
Good review. I’m not sure the G48 or G43X are right for me. The G19 Gen 5 has been perfect for my training and EDC use. I think Glock released these for the increase in people getting conceal carry permits and want something slim to carry. With the number of 10 round limit states too, I think it will sell well. I’ll stick to my G19. Thanks for your in-depth review.
Just had to send my Sig p365 back for barrel issues. Going in today to compare the G48 to the G19. With no other glocks in my safe, and starting out with the p365. With my slender frame (6’ 170lbs), I’m not sure which I should go for as my CCW. Any recommendations?
I think as you get older, and still want to carry 24/7, the 43, 43x and 48 of the world will be greatly appreciated, at least in my case that's true. At first it was an act of discipline not to grab the model 32 in the morning but after carrying the 43 for some time now, I'm ok with the compromise and looking forward to picking up a 43x and a 48. Another good vid
My biggest problem is that I'm still a full-time LEO and don't want to get in a gunfight with a little gun. When that changes and I retire or travel to a different state as a civilian I'd much rather tote this around simply for defensive / protective purposes.
@@jhelmsing It's hard to call the 48 a little gun. It's basically a 9mm 1911, glock style. I handled one in the store and I felt the additional width in the frame helped fill my hand over the 43, and I I think it will fit perfectly in the hand for a LOT of people. The only downside here is that it doesn't have full double stack magazine capacity, but as a civilian CCW or police backup gun either of these could fill the role brilliantly.
Thanks for carifying that the standard 43 slide will fit on the larger 43x or 48 frame. At your recommendation just ordered the 48 and I will put my old 43 slide on the 48 lower, and the 48 slide on standard 43 frame for better concealment.
In my humble opinion, the 48 with the shield 15 rd mags is the best EDC out there. I put two layers of talon grips on for my bigger hands. I love mine but I will keep my 19 and 17 also. Really think some talon grips help it alot.
I’m new to the world of handguns and qualified for my LTC with a G19. I then bumped into a great salesperson on the way out who sold me the G48. I wasn’t as accurate with the G48. Could it be because it’s smaller? Any tips would be appreciated.
Are you still loving the Sig P320 X-Carry? I have the X5 and the G48. Find have to work harder to get accuracy with the G48. And have had feeding trouble with 200 rounds.
I’m also in law enforcement. I carry a gen4 Glock 22 on duty which I love. I wanted to pick up a new concealed carry gun recently. I looked at both the Glock 48, and 43x but they just did not feel right in my hand, and I did not want to give up capacity. I looked at the Sig P365 but the grip was just to small. Glock 19 is just a little big to carry concealed. I ended up going with the FNS-9c.
I am impressed with this gun. I really like the 19 but living in the south the 19 does print under a t shirt which is what everyone wears all year round.
@@2aholes402, I can't deny that fact; but I also cannot deny the following facts. The Glock 19 is 1.26" wide. The Glock 48 is 1.11" wide. That means giving up 1/3 of one's round count, for a 12% savings in width. Personally, I'd opt for a looser T-shirt; but to each his own.
@@2aholes402 , Being that my current carry gun is the Sig P365, I'd think, "These guns print a helluva lot more than my P365, because of their long ass grips; and they only hold 10 rounds! And these plastic sights SUCK! I need to purchase some Ameri-Glo or Night Fision sights; and hope someone comes up with a way to mount a weapons light." I've been toting slim, mid-sized pistols with 10 round magazines, since Glock fanboys were obsessed with 17 round magazines with +2 base plates, Bubba. We call them lightweight, Commander sized 1911's. Glock didn't do anything new.
The barrel on the G48 is 4.17" due to Canadian laws. In CANADA ""Prohibited handguns include those with barrels shorter than 105 millimetres, and handguns with magazines that hold more than 10 bullets.""
Interesting. This gun is definitely made to fit in low-permissive environments. The mags could have easily been made to be 11 round mags, as it's more like a 10.5 round mag right now (10 rounds fit very easily) so I suspect that 10 round mark was target for similarly restricted areas.
I've had G19 gen3 since 2001 when my agency finally wised up and authorized Glocks. I retired in 2003 then 2005 I returned as a courtroom deputy and continued to use my 19, then one day a decision was made that we all had to carry the Glock 22, it was a game changer for me because I never witnessed a Glock malfunction, it did with our issued ammo. I retired for good in 2014 and eventually bought a Glock 43. It was to small to draw smoothly from concealment and I couldn't shoot it worth a damn. I sold it and went back to a small frame 38 for warm weather and when it's cooler my trusty Glock 19. I now have a 48 on lay away I'm hoping it's an improvement over the 43 I got rid of. But like the title of this GOOD video says don't trade in your 19 just yet, that's a mouthful and believe me that 19 gen3 is hard to beat. I also have an Advantage Arms 22lr conversion unit for mine and for backyard practice an Umarex Glock 19 gen3 BB Gun.
Great video of the Glock 48. Comes with standard sites, Glock night sites, and ameriglo night sites. Been a Glock 19 gen 5 fan for a few years, just shot my 48 for the first time yesterday. Didn't do too bad, I admit...the 48 fits the hand nicely, but I believe some more trigger time with the 48 will even it all out. You did a cool review, and I'll be looking for more.
I seriously doubt that the Canadian market is big enough for any company to make a new product geated for us, I'd imagine we're just the beneficiaries of happenstance...
@@thomascarpenter7415 well son of a gun, I take it back - I would have never thought we were that significant in the grand scheme of things for Glock...
The grip needs stippling but the frame is a bit too thin, not sure that would be good. I also don't like the fact everything is miniaturized, may not hold up as.well
Helmsing consistently has some of better analysis I've found amongst today's reviewers. Fact not opinion based with sound logic. Thanks for your service sir.
Sights for that gun ALREADY exist because they are the same sights as the 42/43. But hey if you want to wait until all the company's catch up and update the part description/compatibility.....
I am aware the 43 sights are compatible (I put some on this right after filming). I was referring to the factory installed Bold sights. Happy to see that they downsized those and they are now available for the Slimline guns as well.
I see the G48 as a nice option for those with smaller hands - in particular thinner women. My Wife shoots my G19 fine, but does think it's a bit bulky, and doesn't like the more aggressive grip texture. I plan on renting a G48 for her to try out at my gun club after they get one. I can see it as a perfect fit for a lot of women - and certainly a better option than the diminutive, hard to control semi-autos that too many gun salesmen steer women towards.
100% correct. My wife has smaller hands and loves this gun. I neglected to mention this in the review because it tends to make me sound like a jerk. I'd 100% steer new female shooters to this specific gun. I see some of the Glock ads seem to be marketing it toward an older female demographic.
I've got videos on both. I prefer the 43X as they essentially shot the same for me and the 43X seems to be a tad better balanced. I didn't see an increase in accuracy with the longer crowned barrel or sight radius on the 48.
I couldn't disagree more man , it's a 19 size grip & the 45 is a 17. Or are you referring to the way it just feels in your hand cause if that's what's you mean I totally agree. Ny brother is a huge glock hate mainly because if the ergonomics he shot my 43x & 45 & is now on the glock bandwagon
This is an interesting point. Frankly, Glock gives me pause putting the front serrations and removing the cutout from those models before they rolled out (the two major gripes about the Gen 5). The Glock of yesteryear would have told us to shove it and tabled the idea until the next generation minimum especially since the Gen 5 only recently released. I think it shows to some degree that the pressure from other manufacturers is effecting them. I'm sure some of the executives are still lying passed out on a conference room floor over the MHS loss. It's also interesting that they seem to be steering people to their MOS guns. I think perhaps at some point the MOS guns may be the only model and just become standardized. The Gen 5 34 comes in no other flavors as it is. Their thinking is if you don't use an optic just leave the plate on and I can't say it's an entirely bad strategy.
I appreciate very much your review on the the G48. I own the 48 ( My first Glock ever) & I’m Definitely looking into getting stippling / gripping for it. I agree with you it is somewhat slick........
I seriously doubt it due to slide width. I believe some people may be using those Shield RMS on some of the smaller pistols though so that may be an option.
Being a Police officer I will stick with my G19 or G45. Since I picked up the G45 it is being carried more that the G19. I think the G19 will be seeing more carry time during the summer..But I will pickup a G48 ☺ . Great review.
Did you know that there is now a Shield S15 G43X/G48 15 round metal magazine that fits them flush. Getting excellent reviews so far. Range reviews are also good on the G43X. Shield recommends that you switch to the anodized black metal mag release they also make because the metal magazine can possibly wear on the factory magazine release over a period of time. The standard Glock mag will work fine using the metal mag release. There are also G43X's with standard black uppers now. I really like mine so far. It won't replace my G19 but does have it's place as a carry handgun.
After years of carrying a sixgun, I feel spoiled carrying 10+1 with a backup mag. And if I can get the Shield 15 round mags to work reliably, this could be the last handgun I ever need.
I have a Glock 43 and a S&W Shield 2.0...I’m fixing to change the springs to both for magnut springs. But would buy a 43X any day if it comes in black.
I didn't like glocks for a long time do to the bulky grip. I got into them when they introduced the g42. I've since bought several other glocks and have learned to live with the bulky grip. But had this been available earlier, i think i would have gotten it and left it at that. (I hope SHIELD ARMS can release the flush fit 15 round mags to the public)
I've had to many failers with my 48 so I'm sending back to glock first time that I've sent a glock back so right now im happy with my 19 also with taran tactical plus one and plus 3 are perfect and really bumps up round count.
I don't know about the Glock 48 being "much easier to conceal" than a 9mm Commander; but it would be more comfortable to carry, because of it's lighter weight. A CCO style 1911 is quite concealable; but you would give up a couple of rounds to the Glock 48. If comfortable carry is your priority, the Glock 48 is the better choice. If shooting is your priority, the 1911 cannot be beaten by ANY polymer gun.
Buy what u can afford , carry something u know u will always walk out the door and not feel uncomfortable wearing at all times and practice shooting . Good ammo, reliable and comfortable gun and practice ur craft shooting. Both of these guns are fine to buy and carry. They both go BANG!!!!
As much as people wanna dislike the 43x and 48. I say get your hands on one and it'll definitely change your mind.

I agree the mags are underloaded to 10 rounds for the good of the people's republic. They are 10.5 Rd mags as is. They aren't a full stagger though so I'd say +1 will probably stay flush and then overhang for 2 or more.
That's exactly what appeals to me. Thinner, but still the same feel of a "big gun". Can't wait to hold one.
I got the G48 because It feels better in my hands than a G19, also I'm skinny and it's easier to conceal for me.
same!
I just got the G48 with AmeriGo sights from Glock. They also have the standard night sights.
Keanon Gilliam if I get one I was thinking to go the Ameriglo sights also. How do you like them? Accurate at long distance? They light up nice in the dark?
@J Helmsing - would you choose the Glock 48 or the Glock 26 gen 5? Thanks for the video and cheers!
26 Gen 5 *(ducks tomatoes flying across the room)
J Helmsing so don't trade the 26 for the 48....
Cheers!
Good review, any idea when a 48 will be available in MOS for a red dot ?
Thank you
Did you have any issue with the stock sights? I found that my G48 has too tall of a front sight. When aligned properly the point of impact is way low. I find if I align the sights with the rears about 2/3 rds of the way up the front instead of a flat straight line it's about right.
what do you prefer to carry on duty? as a civilian i like the 19.
Good review. I’m an LEO as well and bought this at blue label. I’m curious what your thoughts are for the G48 being carried on duty as a plain clothes/detective pistol? I’m a detective and leaning towards thinking this would be a nice option for that. Thoughts?
I think it would be an excellent choice. I don't like smaller guns but I'm very seriously considering carrying my 43X off duty.
Loved my Gen 2 Glock 19 sans finger grooves and accessory rails. Sold because it didn't work well with inside pants holsters. This seems like just what I was looking for.
Good vid.Was interested in side by side comparison of Glock 43X to a Glock 19.
200 rounds and a good cleaning and my G43X has an average 5 lb. trigger pull. Perfect for a carry gun.
Fantastic video!! Would love to see a video in comparison of the velocity of the 4” barrel of the G48 to the G43X. I am a subscriber 👍👍
the 48 felt off balance in my hands and the 43x felt perfectly balanced my guess is with the longer barrel on the short frame of the 48 lacks some support at the barrel end
G48 and 43x use G43 slides and sights. The slides and sights are the same functionally between all 3 guns.
The 43x and 48 take 43 and 42 sights FYI.
Tossed some trijicon FO sights on mine for the 43
This is a great option for new gun owners, magazine restriction states & people with smaller hands. I’m not giving up my G19 for it but it definitely has a place in the market.
Carry on! 😎
Are you going to review the new fridge?
That's actually an old GE fridge from inside the house. Water outlet continually freezes, motor makes funny noises when defrosting, but it still keeps refreshing beverages cold. I'd give it a 6/10.
You carry a full size gun off duty?
Good review. I’m not sure the G48 or G43X are right for me. The G19 Gen 5 has been perfect for my training and EDC use. I think Glock released these for the increase in people getting conceal carry permits and want something slim to carry. With the number of 10 round limit states too, I think it will sell well. I’ll stick to my G19. Thanks for your in-depth review.
Great, and informative as always! I like your videos because you are open minded and give honest reviews.
Just had to send my Sig p365 back for barrel issues. Going in today to compare the G48 to the G19. With no other glocks in my safe, and starting out with the p365. With my slender frame (6’ 170lbs), I’m not sure which I should go for as my CCW. Any recommendations?
Just got the 48 in Black with Glock Night Sights they do make a after market 15 round mag for it now! Good video.
I own a G48 & carry PSA micro dagger 15 round magazines!!! Zero issues
For a first time handgun owner would you recommend g48 or g19?
I hear you. Thank you for what you do, God bless.
If you have a 43 already, just get a 48. 43 slide and 48 frame then you have the X.
@@Jmdwifi The 48 slide is longer than the 43X, but I see your point. I own both the 43X and recently got the 48 MOS. Love them both.
Thanks for carifying that the standard 43 slide will fit on the larger 43x or 48 frame. At your recommendation just ordered the 48 and I will put my old 43 slide on the 48 lower, and the 48 slide on standard 43 frame for better concealment.
Yeah thanks a lot...my wife already owns a 43. So you made my decision for me. Looks like I’ll be getting the 48. Thanks brother
Do the G43 night site last fit on the G48/43X? Good content!!
Yes they do
Nice review brother. May need to go check this gun out. Also, good meeting you at BA this month. Go figure, small world. 👍🏼
Haha yes, that was very cool! Take care and nice to meet you!
Very balanced review.
Thank you very much!
I'm considering the Glock 48 but also waiting to see if the Avidity Arms PD10 is ever going to arrive at stores ....
Why do you think the Glock 48 will print any less than a Glock 19? It's the GRIP that prints; not the slide.
Trae UCity bc it’s a good bit thinner and thinner grips print less.
Trae UCity you should buy a 48 or 43x and carry it for a week and then see what you think bubba
So do you still own Glock 48 know? If so, how many shield arms s15 mags have you bought?
The barrel on the G48 is 4.17" due to Canadian laws. In CANADA ""Prohibited handguns include those with barrels shorter than 105 millimetres, and handguns with magazines that hold more than 10 bullets.""
Interesting. This gun is definitely made to fit in low-permissive environments. The mags could have easily been made to be 11 round mags, as it's more like a 10.5 round mag right now (10 rounds fit very easily) so I suspect that 10 round mark was target for similarly restricted areas.
Thinking about picking the 48 up. My EDC is a Kahr CM9 or G23. Curious how this slim version will carry. Good video.
45eno it definitively looks like a Kahr.
Is the recoil more manageable compared to the G43? Are followup shots better than the 43?
I would say yes to both.
This, sig p 365 or Walther ppq subcompact?
The G48 was actually set up as an import gun for the Canadian market , but Glock is also offering it to the U.S. market as an offset to the 43X
I seriously doubt that the Canadian market is big enough for any company to make a new product geated for us, I'd imagine we're just the beneficiaries of happenstance...
Blake if you look at the specs if fits your market to a T . I read or heard it from a credible source . That’s all I can say ...
Check out Thegunblog.ca
@@thomascarpenter7415 well son of a gun, I take it back - I would have never thought we were that significant in the grand scheme of things for Glock...
The grip needs stippling but the frame is a bit too thin, not sure that would be good. I also don't like the fact everything is miniaturized, may not hold up as.well
There is a after market magazine that holds 15 rounds for the G48 n G43X it's from shield arms looks promising
Helmsing consistently has some of better analysis I've found amongst today's reviewers. Fact not opinion based with sound logic. Thanks for your service sir.
What kind of sites do you run on yours now?
J Helmsing,im sure you've been asked this before, but if you had to stick with 1 pistol and never get another, what would that 1 pistol be?
Glock 19
J Helmsing, another great no-BS video. Thanks!
Is your gun safe a refrigerator?
Man that's a great idea!
Very good review. I've been eye balling the G48 for summertime carry. Thanks
How many magazines does the 48 come with and does it not come with backstraps
2 mags, backstrap is not interchangable.
I think you’re likely spot on.
100% correct. My wife has smaller hands and loves this gun. I neglected to mention this in the review because it tends to make me sound like a jerk. I'd 100% steer new female shooters to this specific gun. I see some of the Glock ads seem to be marketing it toward an older female demographic.
J - Do you recommend the G48 over G43x and what's the advantage of one over the other?
I've got videos on both. I prefer the 43X as they essentially shot the same for me and the 43X seems to be a tad better balanced. I didn't see an increase in accuracy with the longer crowned barrel or sight radius on the 48.
Glock48 grip feels more like Glock45, which is good improvement.
I just want the G19 Gen5 MOS, without the Modular Optic System.
Liberty or Death I think they may have a model for your liking.
Would you recommend it and how reliable?
I'm digging the looks/style ....
Can you add and RMR on the Glock 48
I seriously doubt it due to slide width. I believe some people may be using those Shield RMS on some of the smaller pistols though so that may be an option.
People have RMRed glock 43s before. So I'd imagine you could.
@@NavYblu99 good to know.. if it works on the 43 it should definitely work on this.
did you actually swapped out the 43 slide onto the glock 48 frame? another youtuber said it doesn't fit.
Yes I swapped a 43 slide on and had no issues.
wonderful news, thank you . I am number 7 on the wait list at my local gun shop will try it.
Great review. You clearly put a lot of thought into it. Very well detailed. I subscribed.
Does anyone know if the 48 will fit in a glock 19 Blackhawk serpa holster
Being a Police officer I will stick with my G19 or G45. Since I picked up the G45 it is being carried more that the G19. I think the G19 will be seeing more carry time during the summer..But I will pickup a G48 ☺ . Great review.
Is it just me or is the Glock 48 essentially what one would call a Glock 19 SF? Kinda like some of the 45 acp models...
Really enjoy your reviews!
After years of carrying a sixgun, I feel spoiled carrying 10+1 with a backup mag. And if I can get the Shield 15 round mags to work reliably, this could be the last handgun I ever need.
Wait, Im not sure that the 43 slide will fit on that.. The 48 has a nearly 0.75 long longer slide.
Slides are interchangeable (with barrel, etc)
I have a Glock 43 and a S&W Shield 2.0...I’m fixing to change the springs to both for magnut springs.
But would buy a 43X any day if it comes in black.
Excellent review jimmy! 17L review?
I didn't like glocks for a long time do to the bulky grip. I got into them when they introduced the g42. I've since bought several other glocks and have learned to live with the bulky grip. But had this been available earlier, i think i would have gotten it and left it at that. (I hope SHIELD ARMS can release the flush fit 15 round mags to the public)
I've had to many failers with my 48 so I'm sending back to glock first time that I've sent a glock back so right now im happy with my 19 also with taran tactical plus one and plus 3 are perfect and really bumps up round count.
Do the Glock 43 sights work on the G48 ?
J. M . Youngquist they should the slides are interchangeable
@@motorcyclezeal4813 thanks I thought so but just needed some back up .
Great review...
How about Glock 48 vs 1911 9mm Commander ???
How does the G48 conceal???
I can't answer this yet because I'm waiting on the holster for it. Just in theory I'd say it will be much easier to conceal.
Trae UCity
I like the 1911
I really like G48 because of size and no Safety!!!!!!
@@poppad3585, That's understandable. Stay dangerous, my friend.
Thank you for the review. No need for this gun in my tool collection.
Cool review by law enforcement. I got one and I like it so far. I currently have a 17 for practice and home defense but this will be my carry.
Thanks for a very nice review.
Will the glock 48 mags fit my glock 19 gen4?
No
Can't wait to see one. I like the look, and the 10 round is better than my 42. I think it will still conceal pretty well with the right shirt.
Buy what u can afford , carry something u know u will always walk out the door and not feel uncomfortable wearing at all times and practice shooting . Good ammo, reliable and comfortable gun and practice ur craft shooting. Both of these guns are fine to buy and carry. They both go BANG!!!!
