happy belated birthday. i hope you’re doing well, i apologize for the late greetings. as someone who is going through so much but is still being pushed to do things i dont want by people around me, it’s getting harder and harder to live on. im not gonna be a hypocrite and say you can live and move on because no one ever does. you and me are human beings, who breathe, feel, eat, drink and break. just rest your mind, feel free for even just a moment, do something you love, if you can’t do it, listen to music, play games, read books.
i doubt people with depression will ever truly understand what it feels like to be depressed. to be confused and lost without a slight sign of things getting better, to be scared of losing yourself to the darkness of your thoughts, to think suicide is the answer to your pain. im scared of living life and making mistakes.
sorry i made it about me, i just want to relate to you without even knowing you. just know that you aren’t alone. even if you reason to yourself that other people go through worse things, dont ever lose yourself and your worth. every human on this earth is worth something. even if we are young or old, we are worth more than anyone can imagine. your life is a story waiting to be unfolded, keep writing it. even if i dont know you, i want to see where you end up in life.

Before all of this, i did not think that i would go that hard in this life, slowing down means that i will enjoy life but i never could, im 10 years old,
I have never went that hard into life,
But i still want to go back when i was 7-6-5 years old.

Hang in there little one. For le it was the opposite, had a very hard childhood and all that I was thinking at that time was to grow up fast to finally get out of my house and enjoy my peace alone. I had my very first best friend when I was at university. Now that I am 30 I can finally slow down and enjoy all of what I wanted to do. I still live alone and it's awesome... But true sometimes the Innocence of childhood is missing.

I always thought the meaning of life was to enjoy the passing of time. If you can't do that then it becomes really hard to live. Sometimes I wonder if I'm enjoying life or if I'm just living it.

At under 12 years old, I only wished to skip time and end up 22 years old: finished with college, interviewing for a job, and finding the world. All my life, I have refuted the reality of the world, all I cared about was the finale.
I cannot express how much I wish I didn't look so far ahead when I couldn't comprehend it. I'm 14 now, nearing 15, and I can already see it.
I've worked endlessly, knowing that I will become the best at what I choose to do. But with every brick I add to the top of the pyramid, I accidentally scratch the bottom.
I've scratched it so much, it's collapsing right under my feet. I am in 9th grade, but I don't feel like a 9th grader: I feel like a 12th grader, who skipped 4 years of my life. Just like I wanted....
Now it feels like I am sitting on a 100 meter tall Fortnite structure, and the support has vanished, leaving the builds slowly crumpling under me, forcing me to keep cranking 90's to stay above the disappearance.
I feel like I'm in a race against time: If I don't build up fast enough, the floor beneath me with eventually evanesce, and I will fall... forever...

Go to a meadow or a park with no time on you at all not even thinking about it and you could swear you were watching a time lapse ultimately defining time is an engineered invention of collective thoughts I walk around at nighttime to think about everything that has currently happened so far and listen to playlist like this to get my mind calmer.

I need to slow down I'm sick of the adult world taking me hostage constantly working I'm 31 currently living with my parents by choice for my own reasons one reason is how corrupt everything is getting lately. I moved a lot growing up as a kid now I just refuse to leave my parents until I'm dead and gone if people don't like this lifestyle oh well it's less ignorant than what most people do like criminal activity. Work is getting the better to me eventually I have to take dental surgery for false teeth not fun stuff. I was like you always brushed with dental hygiene and bad things still happened I ost most of my top teeth at a kid which dentist should of provided me with a guard from teeth chattering and should of mineralized my teeth as well.
I HATED moving a lot and I VOWED not to do it again so this is what is leading me to stay with my parents I need nothing else right now and I don't want to live by myself on my own. I'm not interested in dating making a family because of childhood trauma from growing up I'm trying to slow down by a lot and catch up with myself I love finding videos with inspiring titles and playlist like this to help make me relax. Getting older is not as fun as you think it is when you're going through hell and back good luck with you guys you're gonna need it. Hopefully I pass away with my parents one day peacefully in my bed. The only thing I'm doing now is taking it easy and looking back through my childhood and digging out things I missed out on as a kid.
If I can take back time to be a kid an actual kid instead of constantly working as an adult which I am no longer doing for a while so I can do like this title to slow down this is why I am doing it so I can catch up with everything. My dad pays the bills I helped paid the bills they pulled me out of work because of harassment in the work place and I got sick of it now is the time for me to focus on what's left of my future. Thanks for this playlist it's very mind chilling to the bone heh.
