That was absolutely awesome! A car that probably weights 3000lbs in its current config with probably 280-300hp is a pretty bitchen set up AND it has AC thats queen right there! Hope to see it on track and road trips more!
Just finished watching all the build videos of Large Marge. Was disappointed to find out you sold it. I was hoping to see you finish it up. Great build and you definitely made the old coupe cool.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with letting your emotions loose! You did it brother. I follow your your channel because I trust and admire your insight. Well done Bro!
I am getting close to being able to go to my first track day in my 68 Mustang fastback. I cannot believe the amount of planning, evaluation of part options, money, time and emotional effort I have put into my build. I think it is the exact same as you expressed after you finished your first laps. Thanks for sharing and congrats.
There really is SO much that goes into these builds... we put our hearts and souls into them and when it goes so well... I was kind of shocked by the overwhelming happiness and relief and emotion of it all. Little bit embarrassing but also real to many of us! Thanks for being rad and I hope your Mustang does even better!
I have been searching for a project car for awhile now and I was mostly targeting 2nd gen camaro or TA but I gotta be honest I'm loving the 71-73 mustang all because of your videos
I was so worried about the car but it ended up being tough as can be! It was also so easy to drive fast I couldn't believe it. Fun to carry corner speed with the Miata's instead of being just a big lug!
That part was a bit surprising and I thought twice about including it... but it's been a long and sometimes tough journey. The reality is... we pour our hearts into these projects and it's hard to stay detached from them and I wouldn't want to ...LOL Thanks for the support!
I'm a little disappointed that it took RUclips 3yrs to recommend this video. Love your format. No nonsense footage. And the fact you took that model mustang on a track. Props! And honestly you drove it great. Passing newer lighter better technology cars. Great job!!
This is every gear heads dream, so many congrats on achieving such an awesome goal and proving that you don't need huge bucks or crazy horsepower numbers to create a brilliant all around beast of a car. So pleased for you dude! Looking forward to more LM content!!
A true inspiration for any car guy who spends hours putting so much of themselves into their car. Then for a classic car group that "isnt supposed" to be able to do this. Wow I don't know how many years I've been waiting to see you get back out there on the track I've been subscribed since the V10 Maverick days and it's the old Large Marge putting in work is awesome
Thanks so much for sticking around... would've been nice to be in that Maverick for this but my head just failed on that project. I'll take the win for the battle that this car put me through as well...LOL
I enjoyed watching you on the track. I never ran any road course stuff, but I definitely enjoy the sound of a good old 4 speed hot rod rolling threw the gears. Hard work is not hard if it is your passion. The emotion said it all. Awesome!
Just found your channel a couple of days ago and now watched the whole Mustang series. Absolutely cracking channel and awesome content, learned a lot from your videos. Love the car and all the best.

I looked it up. Two, almost three years ago that you were overwhelmed at gauges. I am installing the fuel tank and hopefully getting the floorboards prepped to put rust encapsulator and then seam sealer on. I finished building the engine last weekend.
Marge looked great! Very planted in the corners! It is awesome to see a car that was planned out and executed to this level from a home garage. Keep up the good work Jason.
Thanks! 👍 The car really carried a substantial amount of corner speed... between the great suspension controlling body roll and the tires having tons of grip... it was a blast!

Jason... I'm so stoked for you.... Your car is the most badass 73 mustang I know!!!. My 67 Camaro is a very similar style build. Couple questions if you have time: How long were the track sessions?
