Ne parlano Enrico Pasquariello, candidato di centrodestra alle ultime elezioni nel comune di Casalecchio di Reno in provincia di Bologna eletto consigliere comunale all'opposizione. Dall'altra parte Nora Righini, componente della giunta nazionale di Radicali Italiani, ex presidente di Azione Ravenna e segretaria degli under 30 di Bologna.

I have to side with Enrico on this one. I use the medical variant or CBD (without the substance that makes you high, which is THC) to cure pains of all kinds and in ointment form it works wonders. Much better than any overpriced garbage in the pharmacy for sure. That should 100% be incentivised and sold freely as it works really well. But I've also seen far too many people smoking marijuana even publicly and they always turn slow and lazy. Now, do this long enough and you will no longer be a useful member of society due to the addiction they swear they never have pinky promise. Not to mention that it stinks (since it's still smoking, which is bad in every form) and much of the stuff, even the legal stuff, is laced and way too strong.
It should not be used and discouraged, just like every other substance and smoking.
