My childhood dream since I was 10 was to study in Harvard but I always let myself to get down because of others. I spend my whole school trying to to fix what I was bad in instead of develop my knowledge in what I really liked and was good. Because of this, Eating Disorder and my moms schizophrenia I was never able to have really good grades despite always try to engage in history national olympiad and try to go for projects. Despite my mom, the other half of my family didn't supported me at all, they always said it was and is impossible, but I'm tired... I may not have an excellent and brilliant school history, but I'm telling everyone to fuck up and going for what I want because if I don't get it, I'm the only one who's gonna be frustrated for not even try at the end. I may not be a genius, but have the will end strength to go. They may not accept me at the first or second attempt, but even if I need to try a hundred times or more, they will be sick of me haha and I'm gonna make it. your story about your childhood dream reminded me about my dream. I wanted to go to KIMEP university from the 4th grade. When the time of choosing a university has come, my family and relatives told me and tried to make me forget about KIMEP (because it costs a lot of money, it is the most expensive university in our country). But since it was my dream, I couldn’t just forget and ignore it. Eventually, I won a scholarship and now I study here, and even made new friends! So happy and glad now :) never give up on your dreams ☺️
My cousin score was average always in range 70-80 now he is stanford,he scored 1590 out of 1600 in sat and he was state level hockey player too which helped him His name is shubh agrawal

I always envy those people who got into Harvard most especially to my fellow Filipino/s who got recommended here! And ofc, I admire their determination and intellect as well! Going to a super elite University like Harvard will always remain a 'dream' to me😂 I'm fairly certain my GPA can never enter Harvard's standards! Still hoping to be able to study abroad tho. Basically almost all universities have same application process. But still if u want to know it then u can search it on quora. If u are interested in studying abroad I can suggest u some more channeps helping in questions from how to apply to how to handle interviews. Many indians doesn't know the options lying abroad, 99% of the non medical students just know about iit and Indian colleges.
My goal is to get into a US university so I can get a free visa to US, where I will get a job in a start-up company and learn the challenges startup companies face. Then after that I will start a business which will probably fail, but I will learn from my mistakes and then start again. I will probably suffer but I will stand my ground, and I won't stop till I reach my goal. Wish me luck!

Schooling in Harvard is got to be very demanding, student often face a lot of problems trying to balance their college life of study and other activities they might engage in, I can tell very much from my time as a student. Faced with a lot of challenges and stress as a result, most student lack in lots of ways and more financial as the cost of education keeps rising. Glad over the past few years, I have helped a lot of undergraduate by exposing them to good financial routes to help maintain their financial situation while in school.
That’s nice of you, I remembered my days back in university of Columbus I was faced with lots of students loan. Which set me back a lot on debt even after been a graduate.
I find myself in this very same situation, I have resulted to seeking part time employment. But it’s not easy and I try, how do you assist undergraduates maybe and advice would be very helpful.
It took me sixteen months before I was able to clear my student loan debts, I had to work extra hours. Glad it worth it, I just landed a new job with Microsoft.

As a recent Harvard grad I can say Harvard academically is really very easy if you want it to be. Getting in is hard but getting through it is not. And good grades are given out liberally.

Thank you so much for this video. I know it's kinda impossible for me to study in this kind of school because I come from an impoverished family and I'm not that intelligent for this kinds of school, but seeing this is really inspiring. Even if I may not enter or study such school, If I can teach my students to dream big and have a high visions for themselves, that might have the chance to reach the aspirations I once had.
No u can get scholarship and the scholarship Is not all about grades it sees your English Proficiency, other activities you're great at , and essays and your status...

If u are interested in studying abroad I can suggest u some more channeps helping in questions from how to apply to how to handle interviews. Many indians doesn't know the options lying abroad, 99% of the non medical students just know about iit and Indian colleges.

My goal is to get into a US university so I can get a free visa to US, where I will get a job in a start-up company and learn the challenges startup companies face. Then after that I will start a business which will probably fail, but I will learn from my mistakes and then start again. Schooling in Harvard is got to be very demanding, student often face a lot of problems trying to balance their college life of study and other activities they might engage in, I can tell very much from my time as a student. Faced with a lot of challenges and stress as a result, most student lack in lots of ways and more financial as the cost of education keeps rising. Glad over the past few years, I have helped a lot of undergraduate by exposing them to good financial routes to help maintain their financial situation while in school.
That’s nice of you, I remembered my days back in university of Columbus I was faced with lots of students loan. Which set me back a lot on debt even after been a graduate.
It’s a very sad feeling, and it messed up my grades back then.
Still trying to clear my debts.
I find myself in this very same situation, I have resulted to seeking part time employment. But it’s not easy and I try, how do you assist undergraduates maybe and advice would be very helpful.
It took me sixteen months before I was able to clear my student loan debts, I had to work extra hours. Glad it worth it, I just landed a new job with Microsoft.

As a recent Harvard grad I can say Harvard academically is really very easy if you want it to be. Getting in is hard but getting through it is not. And good grades are given out liberally.
