Coconut Oil - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 Tsp (Finely Chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 Tsp (Finely Chopped)
Onion - 1/4 Cup (Finely Chopped)
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Dry Mango Powder (Amchur) - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Tomato - 1 Medium (Chopped)
Zucchini - 3 Medium (Diced)
Salt to taste
Fresh Coconut - 2 Tbsp (Grated)
Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp (Finely Chopped) Хобби

How long did you cover it for?
Just 5 mins, but pls first fry on high flame otherwise it will leave a lot of water.
Last day I cooked but it released too much water
In this video it is dry 😳😳
So first when u saute keep the flame high so that it doesn't release too much water. When u cover with lid then only reduce the flame to medium
