Good one - and you were right 'GJ'= Good Job. They are showing their appreciation for parents and others braving the "walls of death" of the commuter trains and the "mosh pits" in the sales in the shops and for basically going to earn the money to spend in the shops to buy them all the things they need while they are growing up toward becoming adults.
The clapping is the sort of encouraging rhythm used in sports events by crowds cheering on their teams as well of course.
This song also has the perfect amount of cowbell perfectly placed.

    💀 💕 / 🚇 👍
According to Yui and Moa, this song is about appreciating all the things that parents do for us, even when it's difficult.
Riding the commuter train is compared to a Wall of Death at a metal concert.
Going to a busy shop is compared to being in a Mosh Pit. : )
As you guessed, Joodekî! = Good job!, or GJ!
Although this was originally a Black BABYMETAL song recorded and performed by Yui and Moa, Moa performed it as a solo song during the 2018 tour.
She also performed it with very little advance notice at 'Legend S' in December 2017, when Yui was unable to perform.
They brought it back again (in April 2021) for two of the recent Budokan concerts.
It was still a Moa solo, but she had four little backup dancers.

That makes sense. Gotta love that there’s a deeper meaning to it, right? I’ve experienced the trains in London so I know what they mean 😂

In the beginning and the end parts of this song, the three-three-seven hand claps beats (三三七拍子, San san nana byoshi) are from an old cheering style performed at Japanese traditional universities and high schools. We say its style "Bankara (バンカラ、蛮カラ)" in Japanese. Now it seems old-fashioned, ugly, and there are few schools that leave this style, but I like it and often go to high school baseball games to see this cheering styles, not to see their games, ha. BABYMETAL dared to incorporate this choreography to make it look good and show that it is a cheering song. Thank you from Japan.
This is a scene of 3-3-7 beats in a high school baseball game in Japan.

In one of their first interviews, Yui and Moa told of being in the train station at rush hour, and they were tiny back then. They said they were pushed around by the commuters, and Su said she couldn't see them, but they did get through. A bit of real life makes it into music. Also noteworthy ultra competative Japan, they are advocating to take it easy.
    Cool song

My first comment seems to have been blocked, perhaps because I tried to spell out a URL, so here's another attempt:
Aw yeah, love this one. My favorite Black Babymetal song too, though lately Onedari Daisakusen has been giving it a run for its money. Hmmm...looks like you haven't seen that one. If you want to react to it, I actually just got a good performance of it uploaded on my channel; check the description for the link to the un-logo'd version (just add _the appropriate URL for Google Drive_ before the first slash). There are also performances of it that are copyright-safe on YT from Budokan, Legend 1997, etc., but they're not nearly as good imo.

Nice & thanks from Japan 有難う💛。Hey! Grington300 300, Rick Wagner and other naïve guys! This song is about "appreciation" ? No! These two evil girls are making fun of adults. Their fathers are commuting in congested green trains (notorious Yamanote line in Tokyo) which run in a loop like a huge circle mosh. Mothers go shopping to get merchandise with better quality with lower price in shops which are also congested like a wall of death. They are laughing at us whereas we, adults, do that all for the kids like them. Can you accept such humiliation against us even if they are cute girls like Moa and Yui? ... Yes we can 😄 On Day-9 & 10 of 10 BABYMETAL Budokan shows, I witnessed new version of GJ! by Moa and 4 kid-bone dancers. I was made fun of by their adorable performance happily. (I felt their appreciation a little bit though.)

This is a BBM song about braving the commute and shopping crowds and Yui thinks of it as a thank you to the parents and "fukeis" who do it daily. While this doesn't have the impact of some other BM songs it is fun and well written for Moa's and Yui's voices and I really like the dancing and the way they encourage the crowd for "more and more". IMO the loss of BBM songs post Yui's departure really limits BM's concert performance options and they need to give Moa more chances to shine when they come back.
There's another version of the song where Yui and Moa talk about giving themselves rewards for working hard. The original version's first verse is (Du-Metal's translations):
"The circle mosh of the green commuter train
turns into Wall of Death with the bell and the death growl.
To the right? To the left? We're stray sheep.
Die! Die! Die! Die! Die! Die!"
The alternate Rewards version's first verse is:
    "Every day we work hard,
so, can we have a bit of our own way today?
    If someone objects to us,
bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!"
