I have tried this deck and it has to be the most refined version of DM, way more consistent, not much bricks. It’s hard to lose when you open with Souls and Toybox. That’s all you need with an interruption or 2. Thanks for this bud, you never disappoint!!!

Psychic End Punisher is great when you are low on life points. Ultimate comeback king! Fortune doesn't get used too often, so could be replaced. I left it in there for Mirage and Rod which can be prone to called by the grave. Was so nice to give Tenpai's a taste of their own medicine!

Im newer to master duel still in gold rank but loving your content. Im one of those guys that played 20 years ago and just discovered i can play online. So much to learn but you're vids are helpful so thanks. Im curious is there any competitive use for quintet magician or does that only work well in low rank duels? Ive been able to break boards and demolish opponents with it pretty well but as ive moved up playing my basic dm deck was getting rough so Ive been looking for tips. Im gonna try toy box.

The cost of banishing 5 different spellcasters is too much for my current playstyle. Having said this, it might make a comeback to my deck when Dragoon gets released.
These were some amazing duels bro. I love how you get down to below 1000 LP then you start cooking everytime lol. The first one was really good lol he couldn’t hang with the dark magician 😂. I’m definitely going to have to add that psychic monster to my extra deck it definitely came in clutch. I think running toy soldier at two helps with the consistency as well. Centurion and snake eyes are just annoying decks to deal with now tenpai dragon is another deck that’s been going crazy lately. You have any tips on ways to counter these decks. You might have noticed some old school ddoge - I added an old floodgate I used to love 'there can be only one'. I don't have a lot of deck space to fit all the old floodgates, but I find this one in particular is effective against most decks. Tenpai can still be annoying because they play alot of board breakers..

@@Ddoge2024the synchro needs Mirage + Soldier + Souls. So 2 banish from Mirage effect + 3 banish fron Trishula effect. (Soldier search Mirage and Tank effects summon Mirage. Souls is already on the field at that moment)
I've watched and run many engine with DM, and tbh, DM + Bystial + Toy is kinda consistent. But... this deck is just too old and until DM got new support cards, its kinda bad again the meta... What do you think about DM deck? And which version (engine) do u like best? as a big fan , i hope someday DM will rule the meta 😂
I think DM is due for new support. Seeing blue-eyes get some this year is a good sign that it'll be DM's turn soon! I'm really loving the Toybox engine at the moment. It works so well with Magician's Souls for draw power and extending.

I have and I'm not entirely convinced on a pure Shining Sarc deck. However, there a few cards that I'm experimenting with DM so keep and eye out for when that video drops!
I had just uninstalled last week thinking that I'll take a little break until they release some decent support. 2 DAYS LATER... ...reinstalling complete.
Because u definitely need it on the field to draw card(s). Not summoning DMG/DM, they do nothing except being material to fusion/reborn with Eternal Soul. Also when sending toy engines, and some cards, it definitely worth... U can extend easily. . One more point, u can link Souls to Anima to take control their monster if they put them under Extra Zone.
@Bobodovui exactly this. There are times when you want to use Soul's second effect. For example: - you think they have MaxC so you want to bait them out using Souls effect and pretend to summon DM/DMG
Turn 1 is the best target for toy soldier add , it forces any opp resource to get rid of it , if you play the big boss monster version, best target is quem then statue then cartesia
In the toybox variant with chaos mirrage dragon you can probably play gamma really well. Since Gamma in your first turn can make either the psy synchro or go into baron. And if you go second and you used gamma on the opponents turn, you can revive the bannished psy frame cards with the chaos mirrage dragon and have more plays

That's a very good question. I think Bystials would naturally synergize well being dragons with some recycling benefits
