Let me ask you, have you ever consider to change the Nadir package for (Cartesia + Guidind Quem + Granguignol) package? It feels for me that this package can bring Master Magia easier and also free some spaces in the Exta.

It also allows me to play DM at one copy which I am a huge fan of because the last thing DM needs are more bricks. The Cartesia package would probably get Magia out faster but I don't rely on Magia as part of my strategy - It's more of a finishing card
Hey bro, I'm no expert with Gaia but I can give you general tips to improve consistency. Identify the 'brick' cards and minimize where possible. I never thought I'd ever go to one copy of DM but it's been the best decision I've made for consistency. Be mindful of the generic cards you use such as board breaker & hand traps. You need a good balance. Too many generic cards and your archetype will suffer.

used a similarish toybox dark magician deck at starting from gold 3 now at diamond 2. Everyones decks going to be a bit diff but toybox engine DM is def top tier atm (Edit: top tier in terms of Dark magician Yubel is beatable but still blows to go against)

DM has become so bad lol. Just casuals using meta decks and spamming summons waiting half an hour for my turn, then when it's finally my turn, they have whole turn on my turn, just so at the end they either surrender or disconnect once I expose all that pointless spamming lol. Such a joke now. I used to play DM hours on end because the turns were a lot faster and more thoughtful. Now only play 1 or 2 games and turn it off. The waiting alone makes the game a snoozefest, and the summons spams only adds to the snoozefest. Like, what happened to DM? 😂

Thunder king is definitely an interesting option but I agree with what you said, Barrier is just simply more effective by preventing special summons

Totally agree bro. I'd love to see some changes to the game like perhaps a limit on how many times one can special summon. It's getting ridiculous.
