Robotic Automation Line

Automating the assembly of 6 parts that make up a sliding gate motor output shaft sub-assembly.
A Fanuc CRX-5iA collaborative robot with Robotiq gripper was used. Jigs to feed the parts as well as the line design and assembly concept by myself.
