Hello kevin my name is lan birkett from uk .keptrollers 1992 till 2020 ish . listening to you talking about feedingfat to your team and teams only working for 10 mins or so brought back some memories from 1997 or 98 when judged the aerc fly .it took 2 weeks tocomplete saw a lot of teams .a lot of the teams came out all guns blazing but at about 10 or 12 mns on the clock switched off and just flew around never scoring in the last 8 or 10 mns of he fly .in my opinion this was down to poor preparation of the teams.birds not fit enough to work for 20 mins and probably fed the wrong diet and to hungry to settle and put the work in .starving rollers is not the answer if you want hard working teams that can keep breaking regular for 60 -90 mins .selection of stock plays a massive part in flying good teams .only vigorous birds should bebred from not weakly specimins.the best kits i have seen in uk mainly talking about old birds flew for 60 - 90 mins and worked throughout.only my opinion for what its worth .keep looking up .Ian Birkett .ps feel free to reply.😊
