I hope they are competitive this upcoming year but LOSE as we just need a Top 3 pick in this upcoming draft to get Celebrini, Eiserman or Demidov, as along with Cutter & Matvei will serve as the CORE players for a bright Flyer's future nucleus much like McDavid, Dresaitl & Hopkins or Mathews, Marner & Nylander were top picks for their respective teams!!!

ISaac Ratcliffe was pretty beefy, played and had some nice hits in his debut. One described as 'crushing'. 2nd round pick over 200 lbs. So yeah! great, a prospect that ....oh hold on Flyers Traded him away. Nevermind

This years draft felt like there is hope in the future of these young kids but time has also shown that being a flyers draftee things just happen. Morin, Patrick and a handful of others that didnt seem to flesh out as a flyers draftee

Philly management calls it rebuilding, I call it reducing salaries as low as possible because we don't want to pay out any money. Flyers have been rebuilding for 20 years and they are still rebuilding. They get rid of most of their talent over the last two years just to add no-name players that cost a lost less. I could barely watch the games over the last two years, and this year I will not watch at all. I will be following the Carolina Hurricanes this year. At least they have a good hockey culture and want to win.

@@ryanshort6249 Flyers haven't been good for years. They keep claiming to rebuild, but they just trade away their players. This year they traded a defensemen, Walker, for a forward.... then they released the forward and never used him. Since the Flyers were purchased by a cable-TV company, they have sucked. Open your eyes.
