I’m glad I found your channel. I’m 50 and getting back into drumming since high school. I’ve had bicep tendinitis in my top right tendon. Playing my ride cymbal has irritated it so I’m going to mess around and move it more over my rack toms and see how that works.
Thank you for this videos man, I found you channel yesterday and, I've watching your videos since I got a lot of time now 'cause, doing cycling I pinched Guyon's nerve and the Ulnar's nerve on my elbow so as you said in one of your videos, I have to rest to fix that, so please keep posting good information in how to be a healthy drummer because I want to learn how to fix posture and all of that, I want keep playing for a long time 😀 (i stop playing drums 12 years ago and I got a new drums the same week I fucked my right arm and I haven't play them yet and it seems that will be a while before I play them)
Some interesting stuff here Brandon, thank you. i know you mention that this details only one plane in terms of dimension, but I'd love to hear more about the 'front to back' aspects of setting up elements of the kit for optimum performance.
Dig it! keep them coming! I use your ideas and IG and YT pages to help me explain this to my students. Keep up the great work! From one Brandon to another!

Another Great Vídeo, Thanks Brandon!
Glad you enjoyed it!
What about employing a cable hat? With it, I do not need to cross my hands, unless I want to.
That’s a great idea!
