Not very often I say this but you shoulda had the lyrics up ... very interesting to say the least haha. Well worth another look. Luv ur work guys. P.S. I'd love a dollar for every double kick Akane done in this.
There are dozens of versions of this up from their tour last year, and I can watch them all without getting bored. This certainly stands as the best version so far, and it came almost 3 hours into the concert. Insane.
Glad to see you getting back to Band-Maid. They've released 4 performances from their Yokohama Arena gig, including the one they released yesterday, ENDLESS STORY. I have the dvd of this 33 song, nearly 4 hour concert arriving next Tuesday.
(Endless Story, not Endless Love, if they want to search for it) The Yokohama show has a much better than normal mix. Kanami’s guitar actually comes through. And Saiki gave it like 300%. Like throwing some caution about preserving her voice to the wind, to give an extra special show. All of those performances were amazing.
In the MC time of last night's acoustic Okyuji, Miku told a story of the Lollapalooza show that wasn't revealed till last night. Saiki fell down soon after she left the stage due to heat exhaustion. 🥵 MISA said that she had to wear shoes in the middle of the Lollapalooza show because she burned the soles of her feet.👣🔥 Saiki said "We now know that we can perform for an hour on an outdoor stage in the summer without an MC."😂
BAND-MAID, showing the Guitar Center Wannabes just how it's done. (Points if you know the reference). And it's only on the big performances like this, where they have so much production. Which leads many of us to wish, they grow more in popularity, so we can get those bigger productions.
@@Davey-Boyd Correct "Japanese Rockers Band-Maid Put Guitar Center Showoffs to Shame There’s a pun to be made about how much Band-Maid ripped, but the Japanese group goes even harder than that. Fluctuating between hard rock, aughts nu-metal, and pop rock, each member of the quintet is a virtuoso in her own right with more than a decade of practice in Band-Maid alone. They lured curious onlookers into the fold when highlights like “Domination” and “Don’t You Tell Me” got huge reactions from the crowd, but it was the bass solo-versus-guitar solo duels mid-song that got the biggest cheers. This is what those guys in Guitar Center think their ridiculous riffing sounds like. Turns out it’s done best, and most effortlessly, by women in black-and-white maid dresses and frilly hair-pieces as they smile ear to ear". Great endorsement forthe maids
Vince, you got the fire for BAND-MAID. But you won't see this type of production when they come over here in the US. You won't even see this for every concert in Japan. The show will be the same though. And you won't be disappointed. And you will be entertained. And you will hear Awesome music. To tell the truth, the smaller venues are special.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Peace. 2.71
V&J thanks for reaction as always, Great time to be a BM fan with recent concert video releases, appearances with Incubus and the warning (with more planned) and a new album this summer, BM'24
Great reaction guys, they are on their way to world domination. They just announced that they will do a live concert with "The Warning" this June 12th. and opening for Incubus this coming May 1st.
Saiki wrote the lyrics to this song and, reading them with the captioning on when I first watched this video, all I can say is ouch! I would not want to be the guy this was written about. As a lyricist myself, I've written some harsh things but nothing this brutal. 😂
I'm glad to see you acknowledge the other players other than Misa. Throughout your reaction videos to Band Maid, you acted like the others were there just to back up the bass player. If it weren't for the others especially Kanami, Misa probably wouldn't get the chance to shine like she does. Akane is one of the, if not the best drummer out there. Kanami is this planet's most valuable rock and roll resource. Her songwriting skills have no peer. And I wonder what Misa would be doing if Miku hadn't put everything together. Speaking of Miku, probably the best Lyricist since Bob Dylan. And who could leave out Saiki, not only her singing But the band doesn't release anything without her approval.

So you guys know Band-Maid and The Warning are doing a concert together this June in Japan. Not quite "see local music "
It's local if you live in Tokyo ... 😀

Make sure you are up on your cardio when you press play on a Band Maid song. These beauties are relentless.
The music on this is awesome (as always), but the lyrics are brutal and funny. Poor guy who pissed Saiki (who wrote the lyrics ) off!!!!!!
