I just love how All Might and Noumu have speed that outclass everyone here. When Noumu was blitzing Bakugou, only All Might perceived him and blocked him and All Might himself is blitzing right left and center. Honestly speed usually impresses me more than power.

Something to note is when Eraserhead tries to erase the nomu's strength it doesn't work. Eraser says that he is just that strong. To add on to this shigaraki when listing the nomu's multiple quirks doesn't say that super strength or speed is one of them. Meaning the nomu is just that strong and fast. In the anime yes, there was no other nomu as strong as that one, although there is a Nomu in a recent manga chapter that was intelligent and could think for itself, even Speak I think, but it fought a different opponent so we cant really compare them. Theres also the Nomu from the Forest fire that had weapons attached to it (like a chainsaw) which hasnt been seen since that arc.
