I only think this is amazing but I wonder why Midoriya could defeat Muscular, Overhaul ecc. but he was never able to defeat Kacchan in a proper fight.🤣🤯

Because he didn't go 100 perfect one for all with Kacchan.

That's because kacchan didn't push deku to say go beyond plus ultra all the other villains where so strong he had to push pass his Limits

There was never any reason for Deku to go all out with Bakugo because he knew Bakugo had no intention of actually trying to kill him. Sure he still went pretty hard against him because he knew Bakugo was too but Overhaul and Muscular were villains who would kill Deku without a second's hesitation so he *had* to go all out against them , not to mention in both those cases he went all out because he was protecting Eri and Kota respectively.
