Realistically there are only 3 characters who could beat him in a fight, and they all posses OFA or AFO. If he possessed OFA he would legitimately be untouchable (although I suppose he already was).

Dang, I kinda needed this scene to remind myself that Chisaki was a match to him as well as a 1v1
He wasnt though, with his quirk he was unstoppable he didnt take a single punch. When he lost his quirk he still put up a very good fight, even though he was beaten he had to lose his quirk to lose. Overhaul could never compare to him with his quirk
Overhaul didn't even touch him, Mirio was 1v4, while protecting a little girl, and he still very almost won. He only lost because the enemy had prep time and money.
It was a really bad quirk match up. The one guy who couldn’t be touched vs. the guy who has to touch you to kill you... ;-; Overhaul had bad luck...
