Music back then had so much more meaning and emotion compared to now.

Without a doubt. The skill represented in the first measure of the arrangement tops anything being worked out today, but I'm old. Might just be my opinion, right? ;)

Wonderful to see. It's also reminding me that I need to do something every once in a while: simply sit down, put on music, and listen to it. No food, no chores, no headphones while walking around, no shifting through other tabs on the computer. Just experience it, like you aunt did. Thanks for that reminder, and God bless your Aunt Jean.

Do it every day! I put on an album like this most days. It's the best, and good stereos like this can be a bargain.

Everything about this is just wonderful - her head back in the beginning, fully experiencing the moment; her expression at 2:23 as she's looking at you; your writing, its story; the music; the quality of the sound; the whole idea of what all of this means in this crazy world right now. Made my day and put a smile and a tear in my eye. These short two minutes are what life is really all about. Thank you for sharing this.

She's always been a funny, positive force in our family. But this is the happiest I have ever seen her, and possibly the happiest I have ever seen ANYone. The music came to PLAY. I just love that about 50-100 people came together in 1962 to make this recording, and here we are.
