- These accusations and allegations against The Dog Daddy have been going on for years.
The Dog Daddy, Augusto Deoliveira became famous after a viral video of him walking a pack dogs when he was 19 years old. Dog Daddy had no previous experience with the internet, he was never on social media and lived in a very rural part of Brazil until he turned 18 years old. The dark side of the internet was alot for him to handle at first. But now Augusto is well renowned for his work with dogs, specially when it comes to rehabilitating aggressive and fearful dogs.
Dog Daddy had become one of the most followed dog trainers on the internet and continues to climb up daily.
The Dog Daddy is now addressing some of the biggest myths, lies and accusations made against The Dog Daddy.

A lot of times these issues in dog training come from the owners not accepting that dogs are very simple instinctual animals. Sometimes you have to do unorthodox things to use those instincts and train the dog.
Most of the people that post this crap about you are ignorant and know nothing about dog training. You are so educated in what you do and it is in the results!

I’m a retired Animal Control Officer, Vet Tech and semi-retired professional “balanced “ trainer. Some years ago, I was volunteering my time and skills at our local shelter by teaching a class for volunteers with shelter dogs . Later that week, I got a call from the director saying that some women had accused me of kicking a puppy! The director was smart enough to get evidence first. Found out that I was “mistaken “ for someone else, no where near the kennel where the supposed kicking took place and the accuser had been upset because she had not been approved to adopt.
Keep on doing what you do! Saving lives! Protect yourself by posting videos and always being truthful and transparent. ❤️🐶💩
There are people with proof of what he did when breeding dogs. These people have the emails from him and pics of the puppies in horrible shape and written vet reports. It was so disappointing to find.

But not really possible to do that when death threats are involved and actual physical assaults. It must be really anxiety producing to be out in public so much never knowing if a person approaching you will turn out to be one of your psychologically imbalanced haters...."focusing on the positive" under those circumstances is more like "putting your head in the sand" . It is a great way to be don't get me wrong but at some point one must face reality and protect oneself. That isn't focusing on the negative - it's self preservation.

It is a shame that some people get a pet as a present or because they think it will make them look cool to others ...when the wrong people end up with a dog they could care less about the dog and that can be horrifying,Thank God there is hope for some of the animals who were bought for the wrong reasons...Rolex's breeder no doubt is one of The Dog Daddy's biggest supports!!! if they have heard about how he was left in an Uber and even after the troll up who left him in the back of the Uber was told by no means could that you drive her take the dog. She didn't care and didn't say we're the pup could be dropped off not just left it be like he should have to figure it out on his own ... Some things happen that could have been very bad and it turns out to be one of the best things that did happen us with Rolex finally, knowing what it was to be loved... I'm sure the breeder will consult dog daddy in the future on how to select the best possible clients for their dogs... Adoption is serious and it shouldn't be. You know somebody looking to have a cute puppy for a couple weeks or a few months and this is an animal's life and to abandon one is the most horrible thing that can be done to an animal... No to surrender. One for adoption is not a horrible thing, Yes, unfortunately, sometimes circumstances for a person are such that they do have to consider something of that nature or the fostering situation for a while while they get back on their feet.... But that's not deciding to wash your hands of an innocent animal that has no supports assured it .... I love this young man for his care, his compassion and the fact that he teaches other people that it's important to understand the care and compassion. An animal does need that they do need direction that they do need socialization that they do need the opportunity to get out and have a good workout and the equality. That doesn't mean that you have to feed them the highest grade diet there is but they do need proper animal nutrition... And in addition to that, there are things that animals should not eat and people need to understand that. Yes, some things are detrimental to the well-being of an animal abandonment. Absolutely number one. The dog Daddy would never abandon any animal, He doesn't even abandon people. He tries to help them understand that they have to participate. He's made some great skits funny ones. You know that let people know. Yes, you can be nervous and you can hope that you found the answers to your prayers in another person. But if your prayer is to have an animal that you can consider your family member and can consider you their family member, you're going to have to treat them like family.... And that means participation!!!!! If that's not what you want, you get a plant! And make it an artificial one if you can't respect life!!! But even an artificial one needs up. Kate. Remember that... I'm not preaching to whoever left the comment above. I'm just saying if you're ever in a situation where he is it can be frustrating and I don't know how this young man has a resolve to just keep doing and doing as much as he does. He just astounds me... He obviously loves what he does and he loves that people and their loved ones find ways to have the best relationships they possibly can. With trust, respect and happiness... Well that's the most cockamamy thing I've ever heard, but I get what you're saying. It's important for there to be trust and to teach an animal respect and understanding is not a bad thing for the animal.. under any circumstance... Yes, it's true that animals can be loyal unfortunately. More so than you'd want to see if it was in any way in need of more for a life, but they have a way of making that known as well... You know I would love for it to be here on Earth as it is in heaven, For all of us and every animal at all times, I honestly believe there's a special place in heaven for those that do their best, But aren't afraid to reach out for hope when the time comes.... Dog goodies help a lot of people understand that you can't just discipline an animal by expecting it to understand what you want without opening up lines of communication. Likewise, if you don't show the animal that you do wish to communicate and that you are there to afford it protection, safety and what it needs to survive. It's not going to have an easy time understanding what its purpose is with you or what your purpose is in their life.... Lines of communication have to become clear for interaction to progress and that's one of the most amazing things that he does not just teaching animals to trust people but teaching them how to communicate how to be self-aware a self-aware animal is a lot safer than one that isn't, under any circumstances!
I think it is a shame that Augusto is being pushed in a corner where he feels that he has to go into every accusation and explain himself. The fact is that there is this new “gentle parenting” technique that is popular so now a lot of these trainers like Zak has adopted a new style of gentle training for dogs and just like in human training they push that this is the best technique for training. The reality of life is that when you use only these gentle techniques you give too much room for negotiation. You cannot negotiate discipline in children or dogs. My dog who is a 117 pound German Shepherd was a rescue dog and came to me with multiple issues and to top it off he started having seizures. Due to his health issues I tried the gentle way of training because I was too afraid to discipline him due to his concerns. I got him when he was 4 months old he is now 2. And he is literally the worst trained dog that I have ever owned. 2 weeks ago I decided that his health issues were not going away and neither is he. So I started training him like I have trained all my dogs. I took charge, he has learned that he has no other option but to obey. Just 2 weeks and he now walks with me off leash and does not pay attention to distractions. He comes when he is called instead of running and hiding under a bush in the yard when he feels like it. I can take him in the vet’s office and he sits quietly next to me. Just like children our dogs need a leader and discipline. He is much happier too. HIs energy level is up and he doesn’t get bored as easily anymore. Discipline is not cruelty it is a necessary training tool.
well said. Discipline is a tool. Like any it can be used correctly and incorrectly. But to never use it is inviting a mess.
I agree with the dog part, but children are not animals they are people. Children are way more complex than a dog. It's important to know the limits of what a child is capable of at certain ages, so that we don't ask more than they can give. Physical force is not going to work on a child, children learn best from copying their caregivers. Physical and verbal punishment might have quick results, but they come with bad side effects, when it comes to little humans.
I agree completely. However there are a lot of people who seem to confuse the fact that animals are different from humans and tend to use the same strategy to train animals that they feel is effective in training small humans. This really was not a comment concerning raising children, just using as an example as to how for a lot of people they tend to project the dynamics of being a human onto our pets. As far as children go there needs to be a healthy balance of discipline and negotiation to teach them what is expected from them; because they are human and do have a voice.
@@jellyfishpeach769 I do not feel that one would approach human discipline the same way as animal discipline. And most people get"gentle parenting"wrong and assume it means no discipline. You can still be sent to your room for hitting your sibling, its more like still having discipline while recognizing the child as a person not just letting them do what they want. Discipline not disciplined.

Nowadays that is called swatting, and it's a felony. If officials get a false report and come to you and find nothing, please ask them to charge whoever reported you falsely because you are being harassed.
You need a good lawyer. Go after the chief culprit who slanders and libels you and make an example of him.

I was beat up when I was 24. I have never forgotten that terrifying few minutes. The incident made me look at the world with caution. I’m much older now, but I can recall the fear still. If I was in Dog Daddy’s shoes with continued threats I don’t know if I could cope. Be strong my friend, these losers are the enemy. There are few people that I follow that have made me cry. Not from sadness, but from joy. I am 54. I have had similar problems my whole life. I am talented in healing. And people have destroyed my life and practice over the yeara. I also have been attacked by local, state and gov agwncies over the years. When you are good at what you do, everyone wants what you have, to take you down and destroy you. You are a wonderful trainer and person who clearly loves animals. My husband and my sister brought our 3 dogs to one of your training sessions and it was most helpful. Each of our dogs, after your training, are now so much better behaved and are safe to take with us in public -all because you taught us how to lovingly control our dogs! Keep saving dogs and leave the mean, crazy, twisted, ignorant, people to themselves! They are jealous, evil, and liars. I have viewed your RUclips videos of you breaking the silence after all these horrific accusations. I watch your videos all the time. I am truly amazed at your level of understanding how the canine mind works. You also display a deep level of empathy for the scared and vicious dogs you come across. I watch your videos to learn how to provide leadership to my dog, and make him a better dog. He was a rescue terrior, with no socialization. I tell you the breed because I know you understand what terrier behaviors had to be trained out of him. I was very scared he would bite people. He presently is a fairly well rounded dog. He still needs some improvement, but he will get there with time. I thank you and your videos for his present level of adjustment. Thank you

Simple answer is they are Jealous and/or Off their rockers. Keep on keeping on, those dogs you have saved from being murdered for being "aggressive" and shown to be just misunderstood by owners who need the training in the first place, thankyou for sharing your adventures with us.

Tu aides des gens non compétents qui on des chiens 🐶 et vue que les gens sont incompétents à élever un chien , le chien développe des mauvaises habitudes . Et toi tu as une techniques ( approche ) pour aider le chien à ne plus avoir de mauvaise habitude. Tu n’a pas à te justifier car tu est vraiment excellent comme entraîneur.
