Most of the players dont use the normal ps4 controller or they have an auto lock cheat code... trust me. I done dealt with every setting using the ps5 controller and still can get a fast beat on a op. They turn around real fast and kill me. Which leads me to believe they are using a cheat code.

I can certainly believe it. I know there are scripts and such to use for consoles. The way some of these people move it's just pretty apparent they are using something. I played Vanguard and got to be a pretty decent player. When i play this even with practice, I still fell like a noob and no matter how much I've tried I have no luck. To me game is a lost cause and not the kind who quits, but just seems like there isn't any sense in keep trying when there is issues with game and cheating and they do nothing to fix or stop it.

Seal i play normal on 0 deadzone in wz butt i think in mw3 have i deadzone on 5 it give me more iam asist check it out i think i have right ?

You're moving your camera around a lot on 0 deadzone, i recommend 5-8 if you want good aim assist with movement, on 0 you have more control but aim assist isn't that strong
