I can't properly describe what I just felt after watching that video...I am truly so incredibly inspired and amazed by this beauty. And now I absolutely want to go there, too. Thank you for this amazing video, loved the format and the breathtaking visuals!
Cool watching your onward journey after we said goodbye in Hong Kong, Morten! Zhangjiajie is mindblowing.. that bad weather forecast turned into something absolutely breathtaking - and it really does have a Avatar-feel to it.
I like the music and the vibe of your video. It’s released 4 years ago. I wonder what might be happening to your channel these years… hope you are well.
Glad you made it to Zhangjiajie. Looks like you stayed near Kong zhong tian yuan (fields in the sky). How did you book accommodation inside the park? A few years ago the Govt closed all the hotels inside. Not sure what the situation is now. This place is a photographers and hikers paradise, can easily spend a week exploring it. China has many spectacular sites such as Huangshan, Huashan, Sanqingshan, and Jiuzhaigou to name a few. Just don''t visit during busy holidays or busy periods...
I love your videos. Your videos is the reason I been to Norway several times. I am glad that you were filming China. Well still I have to point out that what you said in the beginning about HK and China is a little offence to Chinese ppl but I think you didn't do it intentionally. Well again, love your videos, especially "Seasons of Norway".. Love your beautiful country.
Looking fantastic Morten. I'm curious about the rain cover for your camera though. Does it have some kind of hood to cover the lens (like an umbrella) to keep the water off the front element? I assume it would be hard to use something like that with an ultrawide lens (say less than 20mm) with out it ending up in the frame. Perhaps a topic for another video?
Great video. The traveling must have been exhausting but worth it! That raincover looks pretty cool, did tilting your camera down was enough to avoid water on the lens? The half second interval blows me away when I see I can't go faster than 2 seconds with A7RII.
Those Chinese people just want to be nice and welcoming for Westerner...they said “we try to finish shoot ASAP and keep this location for westerner people”...don’t get them wrong...
that 1 camera guy was super being a snitch. they noticed lol. then i wonder what the man on the loud bullhorn said before they all looked to the westerners laughing🤐
That is Hong Kong, But this is in China. That is California, But this is in the U.S. That is Scotland, but this is in the U.K. No offense. Just remind everyone realizes these areas above all belong to their respective country.
China looks amazing, hope to visit when everything is back to normal!
The drone shots are like, National geographic Feature film. Great of you showing behind the scenes and sharing some knowledge!
Loving the format of posting the polished film then showing the behind the scenes. Keep it up man!
Glad you enjoy!
Very nice to see a bit behind the scenes of the work going into the timelapses. And what an amazing place and views there, wow.
Morten, the scenery is just astonishing.
It is indeed, Rick!

Every time I see Morten in that T shirt I think of the classic (Ian Dury and the) Blockheads shirt.

True but one day we will all work as one ... we will be looked back upon by all as out of touch and divisive
