A very good attempt. Myself, being a locale, do appreciate your efforts & hard work. However, the exact location of the proposed MOMINPORE STN., is nowhere mentioned. Yes, true it is that, the information is not available anywhere else, too.
Yes it's not mentioned anywhere but I got to know the exact location from the officials working on the site.
We should have a monthly metro and state govt bus pass. Should cost within 1,500 rupees a month and provide unlimited travel on metro and govt buses

After piling entire civil construction is to be done
It will take at least 7 to 8 years
So mominpur metro station will be ready for operation only after 2032

Yes, the boundary wall has shifted for Metro Stationm
Basically the station construction will starts from may or june as tram lines are been removed from that metro station section and after the station will be built then rest of girders from majerhat side and to khidirpur side will be constructed

As far as I know the Mominpur station will be like Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Tollygunge at grade since after that the metro will go underground and the next station that is Khidderpore will be underground. If the Mominpur station is elevated how can the tracks go underground before reaching Khidderpore. As the line has to maintain a gradual sloping angle to go underground. Also there is a considerable distance between stations of Phool bagan UG and Yuvabharati Sakalake stadium station Elevated. I guess the distance between Mominpur Proposed Metro station and. St Thomas Khidderpur Metro stn is less than that.

Kolkata metro is the worst managed metro in india, the construction techniques used and the aesthetics of new stations look dated before inauguration.
