Traci, I recently found your channel and I am loving your talent for creative tailoring and teaching others how you do it. This technique is great, and one I would have never thought of. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
Ohhhhhhhhh my gooooodness!!! How clever are you?! Is this something that you taught yourself?? Wow!!! Either way!!! I never woulda thought of that!!! But its a pretty slick hack!!! Thank you Tracy!!! You're the best !!! ♥️🍃🤗🍃♥️
@@tmyershandmade978 I knew about couching but the use of a straw, taped to your sewing machine, to do the couching is what I'm asking about?? That is very clever!!! ♥️🍃🤗🍃♥️
Well at least you're honest...lol Somebody sure was a smarty pants huh? But so are you tracy...I'm very impressed with your ingenuity and creativity!!! Making something out of nothing has always been my best skill as well. I guess because I've always had to make the best of my limited resources. One learns how to think outside the box when the box is usually almost empty. It trains our brains and our eyes, to see potential in whatever we have. Unfortunately that talent can also be a frustrating challenge when one lives in a tiny studio apt, and wants to keep EVERYTHING that has potential!!! Uh ohhhhh!!! I need a 2nd apt to keep all my possibilities in. Lol Wishing you and yours a lovely and happy day!!! ♥️🍃🤗🍃♥️
good video Tmyers🤩 in the old days we called this method "couching" and there was a special foot for doing the technique. But I like your straw technique better!!! LOVE IT💥

How does yarn hold up through washings? Have you gotten any feedback on that? Ohhh, I’ve got to try this! 😊
I imagine it gets a little fuzzy, but think of all the yarn crochet sweaters and things, they hold up fine to proper washing.🤗💖💖💖
This is brilliant! Would it work with small trim as well as yarn?
I'm sure it would🤗💖💖💖💖
Hi! What size of yarn did you use?
I'm not sure, I just grab yarn that I've thrifted 🥰❤❤
🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
