- It's time to reveal the Shmeemobile that is departing from my collection... it might be a surprise! I'm also very excited to welcome my new mascot to the channel; Shmoo the Cow! Limited to only 150 Shmoos, you can check them out here: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/235017648967
Believe it or not, the last time I sold a 'supercar' was the departure of my McLaren 675LT Coupe in June 2016 - around 7 years ago. We've seen cars like the AMG GT Rs and a few 4-seat Ferraris go amongst the others like the M3, G63, Taycan etc, but no mid-engined supercar. Despite the dream to keep growing and growing the collection, sadly that's not reality because there are new cars on the horizon, further business ventures, and the build out of @TheShmuseum itself.
However, before we get to the reveal, I'd like to welcome the new member of our team; Shmoo the Cow! Given my collection is housed in a barn that previously served as a milking parlour on a farm, we've had numerous nods to the cow and bull theme along the way, but behind the scenes we created a mascot for Shmee150 that I'm delighted to finally introduce you to.
There are only 150 launch edition plush toys of Shmee the Cow; featuring the colours of Shmee150, an embroidered foot, a 'Hi Guys, I'm Shmoo' swing tag, sitting just over 20cms tall, and all coming with a numbered and signed card by Tim Shmee. Sadly though, we are saying goodbye to an iconic Shmeemobile, and that car is... my McLaren Senna. I collected the Ultimate Series monster around 4.5 years ago and since then have had some epic memories from driving the Autobahn and Nürburgring, to joining Supercar Owners Circle, Pure McLaren events, and so much more. I feel that my time with the Senna has come to a close and it's now ready for a new home and place with the superb Alastair Bols - an expert with with all things McLaren.

What i dont understand is WHY the hell the Zenvo is in the collection, its barely in the videos and its already boring to alot of the fans. its a cool car on paper but shmee does kinda treat it waaay to well considering how he treats the other cars. The senna leaving is ok cause he really did enjoy the thing for 4 whole years (track and road) and we got tons of wonderful content from it as fans. but it just irks me that the zenvo is around

Moment of silence for the Senna, people might not realise how this exact car might be the poster car for so many kids out there, and 100% one of the most iconic cars to come out of the automotive youtube sitting in the same league as stradman's Veyron, Doug's Carrera GT and so forth. Regardless if Tim calls it a hypercar or not I will always remember how happy i was hearing Tim announce he had a build slot of car codename p15 and how he went on and on about it. You will be missed Senna #281.
You are correct about this car being my poster car. I loved it since the first day it came out. I am sad to see it go, but I hope the new owner will be able to drive it more, like it was designed to do.

@@itsben32Don’t get me wrong I think the senna is a great car but it doesn’t share the same groundbreaking technologies like a quad turbo W 16, or a hybrid V-8 system. To me it seemed like just another limited edition mclaren that tacked some extra stuff onto their flagship supercar.
@@agusto7391 yeah. I don’t think the engine is the main attraction of the car, but the combination of it combined with a lightweight chassis. All of the amazing engines in cars are super heavy, so the overall driving dynamics arnt as good

We have seen the ins and outs of the car on the channel, and it’s always put a smile on whoever has seen the videos. The accident, the rebuild, the original build process and the delivery, just the fact this has been ripping through the ring, and it’s been a good time while it’s been in possession!

Nop, no smile on my face. Tim was always afraid to drive it and always complained about how harsh the ride was. It was just an investment with hopes of appreciation and was barely driven on the channel

Thank you for the journey you took all of us on specing your Senna, its delivery, breaking in period, driving it all over the world and the experience of ownership of one incredible car, the Senna is a wonderful chapter of the Shmee150 story, one that I and many others will never forget.
The Senna was the obvious choice, but also a difficult emotional decision.
Your channel is all about entertainment and going forward,
We all some day have to move on our automotive passions, but we move on to better things.
We will possibly never see the likes of the Senna again, but hopefully via your channel we will see what the future has to offer, and that is what is exciting.

Sad to see the Senna leave but can totaly understand why you are letting it go especially looking and seeing the prices are quite strong at the moment so it will allow you to finance your plans going forward.
Delivery miles ones are below list. Saw one not long ago for 690k. His with the higher miles and repair and tracked will not be great money
@Kevin Skipp looking more recently prices are starting around 750k however Tim's having 4kmiles might make his a bit softer, though prices are better than they were.
@@neilstothard just they’re all basically as new. And I’m sure many have been there a while. Just looked and his is literally listed right now on Autotrader and only 25k cheaper than one with 36 miles on the clock. He’s asking 725k by the looks of it which seems very optimistic even with the scrupulous history and Topaz PPF.

As far as your collection is concerned, this is the correct choice. I love the senna, there is still nothing like it on the market but it is not a daily driving car. Gonna miss the cerulean blue in the shmooseum though, maybe another one in the pipeline? Great vid as always tim, keep it up.

I still remember the delivery videos, the running down videos with the Senna, the Nürburgring track days, so many other adventures, (even seeing its door being completely destroyed!!) and I remember watching all that inspiring me to do all of this myself one day (even more so in a Senna itself haha) but now seeing it go away feels bad, really. I kind of guessed it would be the Senna. I think it actually scared Tim a bit. As it should, that car is a BEAST. A full assault on all your senses. I definitely couldn't drive that car to its full capability. But im looking forward to see whats coming in...

I think this was my favorite of his cars. A beautiful beast with arguably the most history, despite only having 4k miles. I'm sad to see it go, but nothing lasts forever.

That Heritage RS Focus really does hold its own within that collection and i think the colour is helping it, it just doesn't look out of place in that conpany. Ive developed an obsession with it haha!
Mk3 focus in generally looks quite good. The RS is a good car, I prefer the ST-3 over the RS just due to the weight differences.
I am biased though, I own a very modified MK3 Focus ST-3 😅
@@S.ASmith I've a friend with a beautiful ST2 absolutely standard and its a car I fell in love with, it's an entertaining car over a Northern Irish twisty B road. My only critisism if I had to level one at it would be that the seat has you sitting quite high but that's being very critical. That Heritage tho just looks so so good😎👌
the senna was such a icon for me because of the autobahn video where the car was shooting blue flames when you would press the gas and it looked so good that it got me to watch you.

With the GT Black Series and The Zenvo (was hoping he was gonna reveal he put am order for the new Egg but no complaints) it was already replaced. More intrigued about the SF90 statement as I was looking forward to him getting the SF90 VS but time will tell.
the zenvo effectively replaces the senna, cause its an equally crazy track car with more power and an outlandish wing

If I was your marketing guru, I would tell you to stick all 150 Shmoos into a big sack, strap them in the passenger seat of the Zenvo & take them all for a fast lap of the Nurburgring.

Yeah, this is probably the hardest one to see go, sad!, Really hoped it will be any other SchmeeMobile, really really hope it will find its way back to the ShmoooMuseum soon! Hard to get your head wrapped in this being out of the collection with that special color, but also understandable! Looking forward to the new horizon of new cars to the collection. Saw your solar beam yellow black series today pulling out of Shell garage in Northampton. Nearly didn’t recognise it with the livery until I saw the plate! Looks awesome in person
An interesting sell. One can only assume that McLaren have something secret upcoming that you have an allocation for, or you’re looking at purchasing something else legendary on the horizon. Usually your sells serve to purchase something next.

I must say that Alastair Bols takes detailed pictures of the cars, i have never seen the blue from the carbon on the senna come out so much as in the pictures on his site.
I don’t think Tim will miss this car too much, maybe he’ll miss the thought of owning it but not the experience of driving and maintaining it. If he liked it so much he would have driven it more regardless of the costs, as he does with a lot of the other cars.

No one wants the STO, same with the Lusso, so they are depreciating and the Senna is rare enough to have held some value

The Senna is an incredible car. Definitely an absolute icon, but of his heavy hitters, it's the one I would (or rather now will) miss the least. When he uploaded the last video with the sls black series, I was afraid he'd sell that and I was so happy to hear that he wasn't. Not to say that the Senna won't be missed, but I selfishly hoped it would be this one, because I like the other heavy weights way more.

well i would say zenvo is a better alternative to the senna, the senna was my favorite car as well but i watch his videos because of him and not the car

I really thought it was going to be the SLS Black Series…when you said it was the Senna I was so so surprised. Truly hope it goes to a loving garage and is driven the way you drove it.
