@Callmejaden you said TEs don’t develop. However, I have a theory. What if you change an agile backup lineman that has decent speed change to TE just before you get to the draft. If you have motivator that would get you a 3 round draft boost for the position. Taking a senior guy that isn’t going to get drafted to like an 85+ overall. Might help the position and get more people drafted. Just a theory I had
Athletic OT makes a crazy high OVR blocking Tight End I’ve noticed, my realistic rule of thumb is as long as they look like they have a realistic height weight( won’t move a 6’1 320 OT to TE) I’ll change them over it works really well
I recruit body type for every position even QB. i dont recruit 6'2 230 pound DE unless they top 100 and i can move em to OLB in my 3-3-5 Tite scheme. I only go after 6'0 and above DBs that weigh less than 202 pounds for CB and under 210 for Safeties. No receuiting 6'5 QBs or 5'11 QBs. I recruit body types to be more realistic and i never SCOUT. Gotta just have a feel for guys and develop them if they're bust and hit the cycle again for that same position the next year
You should just edit their weight. Sounds unrealistic, but most recruits are put on a weight program to lose/gain weight irl. Agreed on the height though. Not scouting is wild tho man lol
I only recruit run stop DE. Just recruit power rush LB’s that already have quick jump unlocked. Keep them at LB; start them at DE.
I just caught onto this, very few Quick Jump DEs but many at OLB and they lose the ability if you move them to DE so stash many at OLB.

Punters (and kickers) are people too Jaden!
Playing vs sim makes a big difference in progression
100%
Points increase once you go from 70 to 80 etc so 3 for 70 could be 7 for 80
I love that the one DT went first round and never played a down in college 😂
NFL scouts know what they doing 😂
It's the caps. The secret rating to look for to know if a tight end can develop is agility
@@zacharyrogers1071 oh yea?

Yeah not scouting is insane work. I see you have a method to the madness but not scouting is insane lol
Using 1 star team build replacing Rice. Found success recruiting interested players first then change positions to speed up progression
Timeout draft without playing a snap is crazy
Mat cassele never played at USC but still got drafted to the patriots
