Every society has their refund policy , try to get refund from them if this is not possible then the only option is left is to sue them legally and put an application to NAB as well ..

What about those societies which are basically not on such big level they would need approvals but they are selling plots with Inteqal and registry. There is one society next to Al Haram just behind Fatima Jinnah University campus 2, Known as University home or University city. They have small land but they are selling their plots on Registry and Inteqal basis. Are they valid ?

I am from Karachi and really shocked to see discovery gardens by "Falaknaz group" and seven wonder city by "GFS" group in list of fraudulent societies. Both Falaknaz and GFS are considered as most reliable builders in Karachi who had successfully delivered several projects in past with possession and there are several ongoing projects by these 2 groups in Karachi where construction work is on full swing. Don't know why they have failed to launch and deliver their project in Islamabad. Really feel sad to see their names in the illegal society list.

Worst marketing company is star marketing company. They marketed shops in walayat complex bahria town rawalpindi and projects were not delivered as expected. Plaza shops are still vacant there with no business activity or rental. Then they disappeared from the scene after trapping the investors and left them high and dry. Never invest in such type of companies like square 9 and star marketing who are looting hard earned money of people.

Yeah I already knew that , societies give more comissions on those plots which are 100% paid , but rat gae bat gae , ask him to sell your plot if it’s possible for him/her , but right now the market is slow even every plot is on average price due to bad political instability.. at the end only option left is to wait n hold if selling is not possible.. What about those societies which are basically not on such big level they would need approvals but they are selling plots with Inteqal and registry.
There is one society next to Al Haram just behind Fatima Jinnah University campus 2, Known as University home or University city. They have small land but they are selling their plots on Registry and Inteqal basis. Are they valid ?
These societies are not reliable due to lot of issues like severage , qabza , electricity meter issues, gass meter issues etc ..

I am from Karachi and really shocked to see discovery gardens by "Falaknaz group" and seven wonder city by "GFS" group in list of fraudulent societies.
Both Falaknaz and GFS are considered as most reliable builders in Karachi who had successfully delivered several projects in past with possession and there are several ongoing projects by these 2 groups in Karachi where construction work is on full swing.
Don't know why they have failed to launch and deliver their project in Islamabad. Really feel sad to see their names in the illegal society list.
We all are shocked specially those who have invested due to their fantastic past profile ..

Worst marketing company is star marketing company. They marketed shops in walayat complex bahria town rawalpindi and projects were not delivered as expected. Plaza shops are still vacant there with no business activity or rental.
Then they disappeared from the scene after trapping the investors and left them high and dry.
Never invest in such type of companies like square 9 and star marketing who are looting hard earned money of people.
