God, I came here to learn sth new and instead I'm extremely distracted by those wonderful background sounds. I'd die to live in a place that sounds so peaceful
Same here buddy.... I live in Mumbai very close to the sea, and I ce upon a time we too used to hear the birds n seawaves n stuff... But now just cars. N noisy mobikes n drilling machines n road diggers etc for all the building constructions n road breaking n making that keeps going on.... Gosh... The kinda place u got❤❤❤❤❤.... I wud give anything to live in a place like this with my cats n dogs.... 😊❤. Right now I'm in a 3 bedroom 1600 sq ft apt on an 8th floor....
Personally I wouldn’t use the rubber blade to remove excess water because if you miss anything it will show. Use a dry microfiber cloth after washing. I’m extremely OCD and I use the blue Dawn dish detergent with water mixed on windows. The greatest thing about cleaning with a soap is there is no need to rinse. When it rains your window will not leave water spots due to the soap you used...love it!!!
Yes water & Dawn Dish soap is what I recommend in the video. Also, you have to squeegee the excess water unless you want to use 50 clothes, especially if you are cleaning 30 windows on a house. You squeegee the excess and hit any remainder with a dry microfiber cloth.
How would you clean them inside? I got a post construction cleaning for recurrent customer and i cleaned her windows. They looked amazing, but when the sun was going down and i was almost finishing the cleaning after 8 long hours of work non stopped i noticed they where horribly clean!! 😭😭😭😭 i trying to fixed them with more windex but it wouldn't work at all. I left them like that but i couldn't even sleep thinking about that. Suggestions please 🙏
Haha ! I love your humor! 🤣🤣🤣. “ And I’m not talking about your underwear.” 🤣😂🤣😂. Streaks in one’s underwear would be a real confidence crusher for sure 🤣
Yea you say that but thats a good way to get streaks, you guys are over thinking it. If ur using a razor all day the only thing thats possible is your customer lying to u saying u made scratches
lol so true about it awaking the inner voice. I just moved and cleaned my new windows and already they look like crap. I love the window next to my bed, but the beautiful view is ruined by the streaks left from my sub par cleaning job. lol
Yes, you can use the same method indoors. Just work more carefully. Squeeze out your applicator more to minimize dripping, and spread a towel below the windows to catch drips.
do you have to press hard with a squeegee? I swear no matter what I try there's always streaks remaining. Maybe i am pressing too hard. I put my entire upper body strength in to it and try to get that squeaking noise out of it. Should I try to avoid pressing too hard or too light?
@hydrofusion120 writes, "I put my entire upper body strength in to it" That's far too much pressure. Use just enough pressure to keep the squeegee in contact with the glass. Keep the rubber at about a 45 degree angle to the glass.

Thanks for this!!!!! Really helpful - I’m 64 years old and I thought I knew window cleaning - NOT! But now I do!
You are welcome! Happy to help
Who knew - the squeegee needs a dry spot to grab onto!!! Thank you sooo much for your excellent instructions.

You must come from a large bustling city

Nope! still got streaks. I've lost all faith in mankind. BUT, looks cleaner than any other method I've tried. Much cleaner.
There are no streaks otherwise I would have renamed the video👍
I am looking forward to cleaning my windows now!🙂
Awesome!!
Ahhhh! The magic 7 makes so much sense! Thank you!!!

You are welcome!
thank you so much. Your tips were really helpful. Funny too :)
You are welcome 🙂
A little slosh of ammonia in the solution helps the glass dry streak free.
Thanks for the tip!
Or a little slosh of white vinegar :)

and your indoor solution without soaking carpets?
lol so true about it awaking the inner voice.
I just moved and cleaned my new windows and already they look like crap. I love the window next to my bed, but the beautiful view is ruined by the streaks left from my sub par cleaning job. lol
Lol
Well it looks impressive I will put it to work this afternoon thank you so much

Question what If you only have towels to clean the windows and nothing else
Would you suggest doing this on the inside of the windows as well?
Yes, you can use the same method indoors. Just work more carefully. Squeeze out your applicator more to minimize dripping, and spread a towel below the windows to catch drips.
i’m surprised this worked but thank you!!

Lol
I just sat in my car after getting my 1st client for my cleaning business feeling like a failure because I couldn't get the windows clean!

What’s the water to dawn ratio?
It's just a little squirt of dish soap nothing exact. Maybe a 1 tsp to 1 gallon of water. Something like that should work.
Clean With Confidence It really works! Thanks
@@dianatrendell7003 Happy to help!
How do you clean the inside though?
Do you have a video on cleaning the *inside* of windows, so they are also streak free? Thanks!
No ma'am sure don't.
You can use the same method indoors. Just work more carefully. Squeeze out your applicator more to minimize dripping, and spread a towel below the windows to catch drips.
Hi can you give me the approximate ratio H2o to Dawn? @Clean With Confidence
There isn’t a specific ratio. You can just fill the bucket up and add a couple squirts👍🙂
@@CleanWithConfidence awesome! Ty
What about the vertical line you left?
You just follow the steps in the video and you will be good to go👍
👍👍👍 but why DAWN dish soap?
I couldn't figure out a reason why not.
Excellent !
Thanks!
THANKS YOURR SOOO HELPFULL

What happened to the '7' and 'S'
Dude top to bottom always just a quick tip
Not necessarily.
I need this for my tanks
:)
So we don’t rinse the soap?
All our windows are not at standing height. Reaching the window with the towel to do the backwards 7 is near impossible.
Get a ladder
Great video.
Thanks!
True streak-free windows are when you look at them at an angle and the sun is shining through them.
Watching this cause my dad got mad at me for leaving streaks. Great video though.
Thanks
Thanks for the 7 idea.
Happy to help!
thank god for you omg
lol happy to help!
Thank you
You are welcome
Awesome bro also 1
Thanks!
So friendly!
:)
Cobwebs!!!! How long has it been since you cleaned the window.
This just general information. I see them all the time on peoples homes.👍
Helpful tips. Please don't be sexist. You said, "If you're a woman..." and "housewife". Those comments are offensive.
If a woman stays at home educates and raises the kids, she is a housewife. There's nothing sexiest about that, just facts.
🔥🔥🔥
Why is the beginning so funny☠️⚰️🪦😭
OCD
I like you motivation thank you
next time do it with solution
People are not define by there windows!
I feel you. They act like it though dont they🙂
The underwear comment was completely unnecessary… both crude and humorless.
@@cooterhead_jones lol
I'm trying to clean my windows not profesionally and i'm not buying all this crap
