Thanks good one! You should go to Asiana for spices and other groceries. They have spices from Asia (India is also in Asia so that too), Europe, UK, Australia and lots of exotic fruits veggies etc. They are cheap than store and maybe even the online stuff. They opened when I moved to PHX from India and then they used to ask us write down what you want and we will bring it for you. :) I love that store due to this association and bias :)
Yes, I do. I have been doing it about once or twice a week. About 45 min and mainly hills. The rest of the week is at least once a week Pilates (free Pilates with Basi Pilates on RUclips. I love his Mellow Yellow class and his Saturday Special) And the rest I do Bare DVD's. Hope that helps!
While I use to use mayo in recipes I always used less than called for because I was never a huge fan of mayo and did not want to have the full mayo taste so I am not a good judge of mayo. We are WFPB now and am looking for good (not overly processed) substitutes for our old favorite recipes...I would like to hear from the mayo lovers who made this tofu mayo recipe... does it pass your taste tests? Any tips?
I will definitely try this recipe, it looks delicious! Thanks for sharing. Interesting that you don’t use whole wheat or organic which i always thought was the healthiest.
You could most definitely use whole wheat pasta. My kids do not like whole wheat pasta or brown rice pasta or anything that is not what I am using today. If I make it whole wheat they will not eat it. I personally LOVE whole wheat pasta. Regarding Organic. Almost 90% of my pasta is organic. This pasta is directly from Italy and they do not use any GMO or sprays on any of their Drum Semolina. Thank you for your comment!

Hi, Nini! As written on the package, those noodles you are using are 'fusilli' (= spirals). Maccheroni have a hole in the middle. They are like little tubes and trap the sauce in a different way. Sauce and noodles ... It's a science for Italians :D Great recipe, thanks for sharing!

@@NiniGirl I also get my wheat pastas from Italy because their wheat isn't hybridized or GMOs like ours is, so more easily digested.
