Candice, from my perspective, you are the luckiest person in the world 🌍. I would say, treasure these moments but it’s obvious that you are. Thank you for sharing the antics of that precious trio.
I've fallen in love with these foals - and I'm a dog type of guy. These foals are beautiful, inside and out...and they are clearly exceedingly loved !!
I know you must be exhausted caring for these three along with your family and home but man, these videos make me smile. Thanks for sharing the laughs. ❤️🌈
They're going to be the most amazing horses when they're older. Likely will be much more affectionate with humans than most. I can't wait to watch them grow!
Ranger in the house! I was laughing out loud! It reminded me of my 'Spook'. Spook was a 2300 lb Percheron who I swear, thought he was a dog, my best bud. He would follow me everywhere, outside the corals and fences, naked (he was naked, not me, lol - I mean that he had no halter, bridle, or lead at all on him), but right by my side like a loyal dog. It's almost like he understood the English language. I was out weeding the garden one day, yes, Spook was right over my shoulder watching me as I was bent down, and the phone rang. Lo-o-o-o-o-ng before cell phones were invented. I had a party line, so I waited until I heard my ring sequence and knew it was a call for me. I dashed into the kitchen to answer the phone & I left the door open. It was my Mom. And while I am talking to her, I hear the sound of shoed hooves walking in the mudroom. I turned towards the door and there is my 2300 lb Spook walking right into the kitchen (through the mudroom). The mudroom was safe enough to hold his weight, but the kitchen wasn't! My entire cold storage was built under the kitchen and I stood there watching the floor heave up & down with every step that he took! I had a huge farm-style kitchen so there was lots of room for him to turn around. Thank Heavens! At that moment I was not only shocked, but chuckling as well, it was the moment I calmly had to tell Spook to turn around and get back outside, Following him and of course closing the door behind him. I had pictures in my mind of him falling right through the floor into my mudroom! That would have been a heartbreaking disaster! Luckily, my Mom and I laughed for quite some time at the situation and his character. Like I previously mentioned, it was long before cell phones, so no video, no pictures even! I kept the camera in the barn. I was the only farm on 13 sections. I was at the end of the only road with a mile & a half long driveway off the end of that road. My nearest neighbor was 5 miles away. And Spook always stood at the kitchen window watching me inside the house. So I had no worries of him wandering into trouble. Just wonderful memories of my best buddy that you reminded me of. Thank you! With you being the human mother to these 3, I happen to think that they are going to be the calmest 3 horses that have ever been bred. They won't be afraid of anything! They won't shy at anything. And they are definitely building a human bond that will stay with them forever!
Oh what fun. I can't help but laugh along with you as you're subjected to the "Pony Treatment." I think they must love to make you laugh and squeal as they "groom" you. They certainly seem to have formed quite the little tight-knit herd. They make a great band of merry pranksters. Your content never gets old, so for that, you deserve a big 'thank you' for what you do.
By the look of these babies they are probably half brothers and sisters. Would love to see a picture of the herd stallion. Bless you for taking on the job of raising these babies.
You didn’t need that bun in your hair anyway. First horsey pile I’ve ever seen. I love your videos. They are such beautiful individual little forces of nature. I think you’ve helped them start their own herd. Ranger is is already a dominant little man. Cheers from Vancouver eh!
I have just discovered your beautiful family Thank U thank zu thank U from a horse owner and animal adopter Lord and lots of love and gratitude from Kym Australia xxx
Being able to interact with these 3 little beautiful souls every day.......Just love what you guys are doing. Thank you for sharing your little bit of heaven ❤️😊
This journey is bringing me such joy!!! Seeing these babies grow and shape into real horses is wonderful. You are an absolute joy to watch. Your love for these brilliant little guys is palpable. The filly’s eyes are such a beautiful color. Do a lot of the horses in the wild herd have similar colors? I’d love to see the wild herd if you ever get a chance to film them. I’m so grateful for you taking these goofballs into your care and love. Thank you for bringing us along with you and I can’t wait for what comes next.
The shot of a foal walking in and out of the house immediately reminded me of what my mother would say if we left the door open. “Shut the door! Were you born in a barn?!”
Thank you for sharing this really sweet and rare occurrence in your family’s lives, with all of us! I am so happy right now, with cute and mischievous foals overload!😂❤️🙏🏼🐴🐴🐴
Hi Candace, These foaly groomers love hair! I watch a channel in the Netherlands called Friesian Horses which is a wonderful channel and the horses are gorgeous. They breed them. Well, Yvonne who does the channel and owns them shows us how much the foals chew the mares mane which makes it short and tatty. These foals of yours are doing that with you because you are their mama! Soon your hair might be shorter!
@Jane O'Leary Yes, Queen Uniek adopted Rising Star because his mom passed away right after he was born and her foal passed away during birth too. It's such a happy ending for both of them. I love that channel.
They are So Cute. Loved the pile of Ponies. They are going to be great horses when all grown up. You all take such good care and handle them so much that they will love humans. Love to see them and can't wait to watch them grow. Peace from WV
They are so spoiled and that is the way it should be! They will become well rounded and confident adult horses and very affectionate! They are ultimate cuteness! 😍
This just makes my day to see how Candice interacts with all three babies. When I was a young teenager my mare had a foal. That foal was always nuzzling my hair. I didn't know why but your video has helped me understand that my foal was grooming me. I just got it! 😁
I think they see you as their "Mom" who saved them, and they are playing with you and showing you love! I think this is the first time I have watched your video! You are indeed a Blessing to these little ones!! Thank you for delightful video!!💗🐎💞🐎💝
Cuteness overload, LOL...they seem so happy, and getting more attached to you both everyday...the little things they do, are showing their appreciation for what you did, your saving them...what a joy to watch them, so glad they found kind people like you both to care for them...thanks for sharing too...God Bless
So cute! How fast they're growing and gaining confidence. My horse used to chew my hair! It's a love thing I'm sure. They're showing us how safe they feel with you. I love seeing their progress xx
They are so adorable and lucky to be with you and your family. I love seeing how well trained to rope halters your horses are. I don’t like seeing people jerk their heads around with metal bits. Love your channel!❤️
Thank you so much for what you are doing for these sweeties. Do you think they all had the same sire? I didn't see the rescue of Shadow. I love seeing Sage up on her legs - she looked so weak when you found her. I like to watch them after a day at work. Thank you!
I had to subscribe now. These babies are so adorable. They remind me of my horse when he was their age. He still had his mom, but I signed the contract to buy him at one week old. Now he gradutaed to opening stalls, untying himself, opening up cans for treats, etc...
Goodness, they are really filling out. Not those skinny little babies anymore. This has to be so much fun for you raising three at one time. Days full of laughter at their antics. Enjoy!
Oh my gosh!! They get cuter by the day❣️ It is so fun to see them getting healthier and bigger. Their grooming skills need a lot of practice 🤣 Thank you so much for sharing this journey with us 🙏
Cute how they all have white blazes. So glad they have you to care for them. At this age they like to (especially colts) pull the mares mane and sometimes her tail. The mares put a stop to that real quick.
These 3 foals are such a joy to watch huge smile on my face from start to finish. What an amazing couple you are to see your interaction with them is the sweetest thing.Great job❤
They're more like big hooved dogs than horses right now. Lol Sage & Shadow look so similar, I wouldn't be surprised if they're related. And they all have such similar blazes, especially Ranger and Sage. They're precious. Gonna have to start learning boundaries or they're gonna try to do this when they're fully grown. Lol My friend had a neighbor with a haflinger mix and he was a big dog. Didn't realize how big he was. He was so cute though.
I hope Sage is doing well in regards to her scar. I recently watched a video from a Vet from Canada who's on youtube. He showed a remedy for "dogs" who have itchy skin, but since it's natural I imagine it'd be good for horses too. He made a mixture of coconut oil, shea butter and 2 drops of tea tree oil, then rubbed it on the skin. Here's a link to that video if you are interested: ruclips.net/video/NoH6FZzo8Qo/видео.html
Another reason to have gotten a mare involved:. You are now MOM and Ranger- if mom goes inside that box over there, why can't I? While I agree about the mineral block, I have seen a lot of mares and foals footage on RUclips where the mares often are grooming their foals and the foals are mouthing and grooming back. I guess Freckles isn't really doing that.
You are such a sweet lady. Your laugh is infectious! I dont know anything about horses, but I have loved them my whole life. That was so cute how they were grooming YOU. I learned that mutual grooming is how they show closeness or bond with one another? They were so cute all napping together. I have two 2 yr old mixed dogs we rescued and they spoon while they are sleeping and I have oodles of pictures of them napping together. They are sooooooo beautiful. Are you going to keep them? Or do you find then good homes when you feel they are old enough and Dad has put them through training? Does this happen every year? Or was this unusual to have found this many this time? You and your hubby are angels. I so wish there were more people like you! It is what the world desperately needs now more than ever. May God bless and watch over you all always I am sooooo happy to watch your videos.
Candice, from my perspective, you are the luckiest person in the world 🌍. I would say, treasure these moments but it’s obvious that you are. Thank you for sharing the antics of that precious trio.
I don't think we could ever get enough footage of these three, they are just the cutest & you have done an amazing job with them all!
I've fallen in love with these foals - and I'm a dog type of guy. These foals are beautiful, inside and out...and they are clearly exceedingly loved !!
I love seeing them all sleeping together. They feel safe with you all. So sweet.
Foals do this with their mothers manes (sometimes tails but mostly manes). You are their mumma :-)
Yes my thoughts exactly
Didn’t know that, thanks for sharing.
That is so sweet !
I know you must be exhausted caring for these three along with your family and home but man, these videos make me smile. Thanks for sharing the laughs. ❤️🌈

I agree!
Ranger, Sage and Shadow are so adorable!
Yes! Soooooooooo adorable 🤗❤️🥰
A lot of work though they are adorable. Big version of having foster kittens in my small condo!!!
Thanks for the regular updates. They are the sweetest things ever.
the foal pile is adorable
The horse piles are so adorable and warm my heart !!!
These little guys are going to show so many what beautiful souls horses are when they are understood respected and loved.

Big puppies
Oh my heart! Cuteness overload 😍💖
Your laughter is so contagious 😄 Thank you for sharing 😇😚😇

You are so wonderful. Bravo and bless you both for saving the lives of these three cutie pies.
By the look of these babies they are probably half brothers and sisters. Would love to see a picture of the herd stallion. Bless you for taking on the job of raising these babies.
That is what I was thinking, they all have some diluting gene/phenotype with their eye color. Perhaps the champagne gene.

We decided mum needs new hair style, something more like free flowing mane. 😂😁😂
LOL
They're adorable together TT
The conversation is, “of corse she is a horse, she’s our Mommy, and look she has a tail too!”
So so so cute
A more idyllic life couldn’t be had for all. 💕
Love the tongue sticking out at 2:50 😆😍
I also watch Friesian Horses & the foals actually bite off their mothers' manes. The hoomans have to braid the manes to prevent foal chewing. 🙂🐴
So do I!
So do I!
The shot of a foal walking in and out of the house immediately reminded me of what my mother would say if we left the door open. “Shut the door! Were you born in a barn?!”
Yes

I watch them too. Those beautiful black horses are so stunning indeed.
Oh my ... me too! Just love watching the trio and also Rising Sun!
Ive fallen in love with these 3 foals. So cute!
They need a mineral salt block. Thats why they groom your hair.. I love the babies. Keep up the good work.
You must not have watched the other videos. The babies have one.
My horse has salt blocks all over this place and still likes to play in the same way.
Social Grooming is a sign of community, trust and affection.
They are So Cute. Loved the pile of Ponies. They are going to be great horses when all grown up. You all take such good care and handle them so much that they will love humans. Love to see them and can't wait to watch them grow. Peace from WV

This is so cute, mums hair/mane tastes the best lol
They love you so much, you have awesome energy ♥️
They are looking really great! You've done a good job with them.
Candice, those babies love you because you're so gentle with them. Most people would not laugh and tolerate being groomed by foals. You're amazing!❤❤
They love their Mommy.
How divine, they are so beautiful together, sweet little ruffians!! Love these guys - great job, they look fantastic 👍❤️❤️❤️🌟🍼

They are so spoiled and that is the way it should be! They will become well rounded and confident adult horses and very affectionate! They are ultimate cuteness! 😍
