there is one part of the presentation that the velocity unit is mixed up with flow rate unit. also for friction loss, you only need two points to get the friction loss, ie pipe diameter and flow rate, or the other two parameters. you only need 2 points to define a straight line. also it is quite funny to design the pipe from sanitary discharge to pump such that the vertical pipe is smaller than horizontal pipe.. in that sense i would recommend just using the 1 to 3m/sec velocity for all pipes. also comparison between older and newer system curves, the geodetic head should not change. only the dynamic head should change.

Help please ... excel sheet to calculate the friction loss and as she said dynamic head please. Thanks again
Can you Mrs give us lecture about design of pump for central aircooling of cenima building please ?
Thank you !! How can i find the nomogram as same VIDEO?
How would you plot if the total static head was negative? In a situation where you are pumping over a hill, but the total delta elevation is negative?
you made a mistake in units of pressure loss . it should read pa without per m
Thank you maam, you really saved me.
I've never been so turned on by pumps, woof!
You have no idea how much you helped me!!
Thx mam
Thanks ma'am
Hi Thanks, why 0.8m in friction loss?!?
She converted 7700 Pa to meters of water column.
how can find out the rate of flow of a pump when two pump are connected parallel to a single pipe line with both pump have same head ,can you explain
merci
