Thank you Mr. Edgar Valdivia. Richard Le showed 3 varieties of Asunta 5. So you have 4 varieties of Asunta 5. I really appreciate it on what you're doing. My wish list is to get all the varieties of Asunta 5 and where can I get them? Thank you again...
Love that face when you taste it! Thanks for sharing more information about your projects! Really exciting to hear from you, and I always learn so much! 116F! Wow, yes we are being challenged to grow food now! Thank you for all of your help!
Great to see you me even from Pakistan is a great fan of you and last year by hook or by crook able to get cuttings of A5 and Edgar baby Star burst Tricia etc from US just because they are yours. Respect
Wow so you can just transplant them into an older plant 🌵 that's in the same family group. I have yellow dragon fruit and are small but this is a new technique that i can use in order to produce fruit within a year. Peace and Love
Sorry, I know you get this often but you are the only one I know have make a hybrid of a pitaya. If is possible when your pitayo fruit can I please buy a couple seeds please
Thank you for this excellent video Edgar.
Waiting on cross pollinating an Easter Lily Cactus with a dragonfruit. Easter Lily cacti keep flowers open from midnight to noon. The yellow Asunta is a rare occurrence. That is an Albino. The plant will produce Albino dragon fruit just like the Albino ocanponis.
By the way Edgar the Yellow Long Neck fig cuttings I got from you are doing well and fruiting. My wife eats them before I can see what they look like but she says yummy.
This looks like a promising project, but... I don't like what you did with the nomenclature, Mr Valdiva. I'm under the impression that Asunta 1 through 4 are cultivars with distinct traits that are sold as clone cuttings. Why did you decide to assign a single number in your cultivar line (Asunta 5) to ALL the siblings of a hybrid pairing? Seedlings of this project should have had a temporary title instead. What you are describing here for Asunta 5 is drastic diversity in traits between plants. Much like you named the yellow Asunta 5 as "Patricia," each distinct variety will need a new name. When Paul Thompson crossed Neitzel X Rixford, we got more than 10 cultivars. Paul had a simple numbering system. (Naming confusion came later for his plants.) I like this project, but naming all the sibling plants this way will cause lots of confusion.
